  2. I remember getting the achievement with a pretty simple launcher-aerial-groud BnB that ended with 236B 41236D. Not too flashy, so it's probably not what you want.

  4. Because those people are the face of their respective franchises. Yes, they may not be responsible for every single decision, but they are the ones that are responsible for most of the PR, so naturally, they also get most of the blame. It's like when you blame the director of a show for the bad script, or when MtG players blame Mark Rosewater for power level issues.
  5. Personally, I feel that 9 Persona cards simply means that she cannot be Persona-broken. I mean, what are the chances that she's even going to survive nine hits confirmed into combos? It even makes sense with her multiple Personas - so what if you broke her Yoshitsune, she can still beat you up with the rest of her team. Ironically, that makes her feel similar to the only character with no Personas, Minazuki.

  7. Okay, now I wonder how we're supposed to get knockdowns at all. Probably with some of the command throws, though it doesn't feel like any one of them can do it without Heat Up.
  8. One could argue that 6C is easier to react to than 6B even when they have the same start-up, as 6C's animation is very expressive.

  10. 5BB 4B 5AA 236A is pretty much what I tend to use as a blockstring, though it feels that simply hitting your blocking opponent isn't such a good idea when they can get tons of GRD with Shield, so I usually just go back to neutral or fish for counter-hits. I also have just a bit over 100 games played with Merkava, so who am I to tell people what to do.
  11. I believe Digital Masta has tweeted that the D moves still cause hard knockdown, it's just that you can also follow them up with command grabs. The impression I get from 2.0 Bullet is that landing a hit with her leads to either Heat 2 (which fixes her neutral game right there) or tons of damage (which is even better than in 1.1). So, not only does she only need two combos to "break even", she goes even higher than that now - of course, as long as stars align. I guess what I'm trying to ponder here is, how much must her combos be buffed to make her good even with her current neutral game? Something tells me that you just can't compensate one with the other, but I'm just stuck in the mindset that winning in neutral game is more of a matter of personal skill than character's tools (probably because I've mostly been playing Tager, who just doesn't have any of those).
  12. The question is, does she really need good neutral game that much when her offense and damage potential is so good? Sure, BB as a whole puts a lot of weight on neutral game, but she must have some kind of weakness to compensate for her strengths. My only worry right now is that Drive is more difficult to use to approach people, but I'll just have to wait and see how it goes.

  16. With how Bullet's overall kit turned out to be even with the nerfs, I'm now pretty optimistic about this loketest. Even if characters lose options, there are most likely a lot of new ones waiting to be discovered. But of course, being optimistic just isn't fun for most people.

  18. The main loketest thread made it look like she got worse nerfs than 1.1 Makoto, but these changes do sound pretty cool, even though they might take time to adapt to. The hype is real.
  19. "Margaret Selection", as has been mentioned before. Oh, and her playstyle is listed as "Wild" type (as in "Wild card").

  22. For anyone who cares, that article says a whole lot of nothing about Margaret's playstyle. Like, the most important bit of info it has is that all her Personas are pretty boys.
  23. Why shouldn't he have problems vs zoners? That's business as usual for grapplers. The bad thing about Tager is that he's not that threatening even up close.
