  1. The phrase that comes to my mind while seeing this box art is "You have won a box full of rape". It's fine, I didn't want to sleep, anyways.
  2. Again, not something I expected, unless you mean that they're going to dedicate the Xblaze radio to BB's new version. Do we know the hosts yet? I'm probably going to still watch it if it has Sugita, even if he's going to be Sechs rather than Ragna.
  3. Bonus points for Eren and Seth sharing the VA.
  4. Mirror matches almost make me hate Merkava. Almost. I suppose that's how everyone else feels about fighting him, except here, both of you do the same thing, and since the game is so neutral-heavy, it sometimes feels that victory goes to the one who presses the correct button first. For starters, are there any dead zones in midair that are not caught by 6C / 214B? Since 5C / 214A make it difficult to approach Merkava on the ground, you can't help but try and jump in, only to get hit by his anti-airs. Even 66C seems to lose to pretty much everything if you decide to use it as means of approach. And to top things off, you can't crawl under the hands, either.
  5. I actually expected them to dedicate the whole season to the new version rather than just a special.
  6. Does it have Chaos and Akatsuki themes, by the way?
  7. I think you missed the second part of my post or something.
  8. Because there is such a thing as having too many options. It's either that some of them are worthless, or all of them are equally good and opponent has an unreasonably hard time fighting them.
  9. That comic should've had the waitress from THAT anime scene.
  10. Because they didn't want to give her Nu's 6B for whatever reason, and everyone needs 6B?
  11. There's also charged Flint Shooter that goes forward now. Might make our life easier against zoners?
  12. Has anyone ever noticed that different versions of air fireballs push Merkava back differently? j.214A makes him fall vertically downwards, while j.214B pushes him away. Question is, does it ever matter? For instance, which one do you use after a blocked 3C?
  13. However broken CT might've been, it was still the game that I literally dreamed of playing. I then woke up, realized that I'm not going to have a PS3 anytime soon, tried not to cry, cried a lot, and finally went to my local scene for the first time. Good thing CS came out pretty soon after that.
  14. This is no Wald infinite, but still worth bringing up, I believe. Sorry if it already has been. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4iFzIKs5S24
  15. Everyone does, but it's the button holds, not the direction charges.
  16. There are ways to establish GG's superiority without shooting down other games.
  17. It's easier to make characters with original gameplay when there are less of them.
  18. Any vids with the new chars? I walked past some arcade cabinets with them today, but everyone was using the same old stuff, so I might visit it again just to check them out.
  19. Making BlazBlue, founding both NOL and Sector Seven, being immune to nerfs... Is there anything Hazama CAN'T do?
  20. Hats do bring fame and fortune, just ask Millia. Whoah there, no nudity please.
  21. Finally got to try this guy out today, and the bane of my existence is using Deja Vu right when the seal gets destroyed, leaving me wide open. Still tons of fun, I might sub him instead of Pot if the struggle gets too hard. Dunno if it's been mentioned anywhere, but you can hold his 3HS to increase its range even further, even making its hitbox taller. Maybe you can do the same by holding 1/2HS? I landed Hemi-Jack a couple of times against AI, and I feel that it's intended to be used against full-screen cheeseballs, like stance Axl or Ky. After all, it even teleports Bedman directly before opponent when it lands. Also, I suppose it's more difficult to punish it at that range (and it takes less time to approach the opponent). I also noticed that his 6HS has the same teleport animation as his dash, so could it have some invuls/guard points, too? I might've traded with it when I shouldn't have, not sure. Oh, and he makes Nobita eyes in dizzy state, haha.
  22. The thing is, there's nothing to understand in Arakune's speech. There is no content in his words, only the form. That is, except for the rare events of him stumbling upon Azure or his former colleagues, but in that case, it's difficult to NOT understand what he's talking about. Bedman, on the other hand, is a complete mystery right now. Sure, it might turn out that his riddles are just gibberish, as well, but we can't be sure about that yet.
  23. Why would you compare Bedman to a character who might as well constantly cite Macbeth and make about as much sense? The concept of sanity no longer applies to Arakune, as it's not even human, unlike Bedman.
  24. If you can't cure them, it doesn't mean you can't help them. Just ask Arakune.
  25. By Ghost Stories, do you mean Bakemonogatari? I haven't heard its dub, but the source material kinda requires you to think outside the box with localization.
