Playing A.B.A and switching to Rachel in BB has messed up my ability to defend. I often won matches without having to do so, but now in CS i'm paying the price for my lack of experience in that area. Before going out to test your defense on/offline, how do you strengthen it in training? What are some general guidelines l should be following? Any and everything about defending should go here. EDIT - Please don't post in here if you're just wanting to be an asshole.

Just do the 2d right after the j.c, and the j.2c as late as possible... *sigh...* This is the easiest version of her lv 2 j.2c guys. lt's only hard if you don't whip that timing into your brain. SJ works also, and is much easier. lf y'all are still having trouble, j.b, j.c, 2d, j.2c also works but l believe it will do less damage.

You have to condition them (what else is new.) lt's pretty much a gimmick because it is so easy to inturrupt, in fact a scrub would have an easier time figuring it out. Just mix it up. do rj.2c if you suspect they'll mash anything but a dp. They'll eat a nice CH combo right back into a setup. 22c has longer untechable time so you can charge compared to the other two. Oh, don't do 6bb. lt's useless.

l find picking people up to be extremely easy, if you're dedicated that is. My problem is that... most of the cast is just uninteresting. l'm about to learn Lambda, however.

ls 3c a good substitute for 2bb? lt's jcable, leads to better damage, and it's safe from stupid IB/mash dp's if it's not done on reaction l find myself mixing this in. Starting to enjoy the move.

A quick and easy pickup would be Ragna. 10 mins and you'll be good. 20 and you'll be tourney ready.

So after being steamrolled, mashed, trolled, and scrubbed in the last few days, l did learn a few things. 5a beats anything you have close/midrange. As a result, 236d on steins is an absolute necessity. Abuse 2b if you get in. The move is bawss. Do NOT give him breathing room when you get in, lest he mash dat 5a... 214d isn't really that good in here. Just save the steins for later 236d. KEEP jumping around and hitting dat j.c at midrange. CH is sexy. lt's not much, but honestly what we gonna do.

As mentioned eariler- Rachel is defensie because all she can do is defend. What offense, what mixups. lt's sad. How is she heavily reliant on something that not only stops charging if used, but recharges every 3 secs after. You're looking at around 5 secs of waiting for someone to run fiullscreen which, btw takes the cast a sec to do. Now you're pressured with a bad reversal, bad normals, specials and supers. Oops, you slipped! Now you're eating 3k and oki. No way out, hoping the op screws up. wtf arc.

imo- Hakumen, (ironically) Rachel, and Mu. dc about the rest.

l can do it, but l see it as a waste. l'd rather a sure 100% way. l do mess up sometimes. l pretty much do hj anything after something like 236d 2b 2cc hj etc

l think the problem is that Mu's style is so... free, limitless like Rachel, and its hard for me to grasp this new style. (I didn't main Venom, so Mu is very alien) But l feel that although her range is good, it's just so easily beat... l wish l could show y'all what l mean. Also pulsr, you should def. upload you playing, show us how it's done. Ppl say you and agi are good, and l need alooot of pointers. u.u

l was playing Tsu earlier. l don't have exact numbers, but it's hardly different. They both were like 2.8 - 2.9k.

Thats been my problem since CT, l like to RUN UP RIUSH DOWN, don't care what you got out or that Rachel's range sucked. Now with Mu l get greedy with 2b. And 5c. l'm starting to hate that move. No anti air at all. Why not 2c or somehing. But when l do manage a blocked 5c, l get brain flatulence. 5c, 5d has become ass online. Help please T_T

And l have a fucking question. l'm so close to dropping Mu, right on her fucking head. How do you guys play out a match, run away? Rush? Zone? l tend to rushdown too much. So much that my strings are tsubaki-esque, niggaz be IDing the thong right out of my ass.
