However, if I trade that "5C 5D(1) 214B..." for "6D j.D whiff 5D(1) 214B..." I can finish with 4 Heat left (DbD possible). I guess Ragna's heat nerf isnt bad as it seems, or maybe some moves got a heat buff to compesate it. Full BK combos using 50 Heat may still be possible... Both can be done with starting 50 meter. Both variations can be done from most BK combos, but V.1 will require much more heat, whereas V.2 will make everthing "meterless"; Pretty neat imo.

  10. 1-Apply it until you net a fish. Sometimes your opponent just likes to block and won't fall for it, this is the time to try wider traps or expect some reaction from him. If he likes to block, a pressure reset/throw work very well. 2-You're either being read or just randomed out. This is part of the game and how your opponent plays, just adapt to it. 3-Yes, sometimes wondering too much will lead you to make bad choices, like "If he could read my trap, then he knows about it. I must refrain from repeating", that's overthinking. If you made that assumption off 1~2 occurrences then that may be wrong. Maybe he just doesnt know about your stuff, it just got mashed out/guessed. Underthinking is when you fall prey to the same stuff, aka being predicable and not making correct choices. Typical flowchart. Of course, these concepts apply to every character and most matchups.

  15. I thought Mu was supposed to be much better than that. Ragna is solid, he can probably be only topped off by Haku And christ, how come Makoto is weaker than Tsu (almost no footage) NOL has fallen...

  17. Oh my, seems like we cant jump out of Tager anymore. Imo, just works on Haku thanks to his large vertical box. Ragna can do the exact same thing with 22C. Ragna's 22C cannot do what Tager just did.

  21. Getting hit is part of the game, otherwise every pro match would end with a Draw or be incredibly long since said "Pros" know and can see "through everthing". That's was makes everthing interesting.
  22. Nothing wrong with rushing down. As long you maintain educated pressure and occasional guesses, that's the way you play Ragna. Dont get intimidated nor change your gameplay if you get countered, that's part of the game.

  24. Hello there, I'm new here and wish to temporally main Makoto to piss on everyone. Is she playable in CSEX? The nerfs got her good it seems.
  25. KOF scene is pretty strong here, at least 2002 and 98 on GGPO. In fact, I even tried to improve but always get my ass kicked out of nowhere. Not to mention the hardass combos. Color editor would be great for BB.
