Jared, did you ever get your "In Dust We Trust" shirts? If so, you should wear it on Saturday; I'll be wearing mine! I actually have an idea for a picture. -
Looks good. Question though. Is the A under guard supposed to be for "Air"? Seems kind of redundant, since all moves can be guarded in the air with only a few exceptions (which is what B is for). Just my thoughts.

Thanks for putting up the fliers. -
Frog/pumpkin corner trap didn't keep you in 100% block stun, so the decision to implement guard bonus into the game was pretty weird...
-
If someone literally has you in block stun for six seconds (and not a lot of characters can even do that), they're doing it wrong.

Okay I made a quick flier for the 1v1 tournament. Hopefully it's not too late to put it up. If someone with a colored printer (preferably) could print these out and tape them up to the machine tomorrow (Sunday), that'd be awesome. 1v1 flier: http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B13icKnAZyDoNmYyNGU0M2EtNGZiMi00MDQxLTliNDItMzc0YzNmYWQ1M2Qy&hl=en 2v2 flier: http://docs.google.com/fileview?id=0B13icKnAZyDoMTU4MDA2OGItYjFjOS00ZjRkLWFiMzYtODM4MTA5MTdiY2U5&hl=en -

Sure is homo in here. -
Huh? Anyways, I'm in agreement with that it needs to be a bit cleaned up. Some of it looks a bit cluttered, but they are mostly easy fixes. For example, words under "Cancel", "Guard", "Attribute" should all be abbreviated (with a key to help, which can be later added to the notation or system guide). Cancel: - Cancels into itself = C - Special = S - Special on hit = Sh - Jump = J - Jump on hit = Jh - Rapid Cancel = R Used the "Reading the Analysis Section" for reference. For example, Ragna's 5A would be listed as CSJR. Ragna 5C would be SJhR. Guard: - Remove "all" - High = H - Low = L - Barrier = B - Unblockable = U For example, Ragna's 6A would look like HLB, while his 5B will just be HL. Attribute: - Head = H (or He since H is shared from the guard section) - Body = B (or Bo for reasons above) - Feet = F For example, Ragna's 5A would be HeBo under attributes.

lol @ throws for mix up in BB. Like I said before, Ragna's mix up is about forcing mistakes. Any kind of high/low game he has for mix up is decent or mediocre at best. He's a not a character that is going to force you to make a decision on how to block. The best mix up is the mix up that you cannot react to (think Millia high/low mix up in GG, Magneto mix up in MvC2, near instant overheads in HnK, etc.), and the closest thing Ragna has to that would be 3C oki after a BE combo.
-
It was just an observation. :P It happens a lot in America. Player loses to a player, and they attribute their loss to the character, rather than themselves or they player they lost to. Or they might lose to something they may not understand fully, and overinflate its effectiveness. Your defense isn't the best, which would make it seem like Ragna's mix up (which I explained earlier) stronger than it actually is. I know you're not saying it's unstoppable, but I think you're overstating the effectiveness of it.
-
His mix up would be easier to block for you if you just actually, you know, blocked. You and I both know that you mash. Ragna's mix up generally comes from forcing you into mistakes. His overhead is slow (TK GH is the only fast one, and it only comes from certain normals in his strings), and better players will generally see and break throw set ups/attempts. It's not like Ragna is putting you into a four way mix up where you have to guess block (see: Millia from GGAC, SFIV Viper mix ups, Magneto mix up). Be patient and you'll get hit less by Ragna strings. Like Ladon said, Ragna is not S tier because of his mix up (which has largely remained the same from CT).

What exercise are you talking about? I'm confused here, and apparently, so are you. You are over thinking this. Tier lists rank characters based on how good they are. Forget player skill (even though it is created in mind with players being equal in skill). Forget perfect play (i.e. if two robots fought each other). That's it. S tier means the best out of all the characters, but it does not mean they are unbeatable by any means. Bottom tier doesn't mean they cannot win either, it just means they're the weakest of the bunch. Stop thinking too much about tier lists. There isn't some magical thought process going into them.

Birthday suit. -
Easy answer is to cancel into 5B on reaction! But yes, this much is true. Still, it's not like anything can come in favor for Tager in the clash. In other words, Mike Z is just being an ass. Don't be afraid to use 6A because it's your AA tool. If you want you can even use j.C.

To me, it sounds like a number of things are giving you a hard time in this match up, and pretty much all of them have to do with you, the player, or the fact that you're playing online. I'll list them. - You don't know how to tech vs Tager - Your reaction times are bad/hindered by online - You are zoning incorrectly - Your rush down is predictable - Your defensive skills are poor (i.e. blocking, reading opponents) The Rachel vs Tager match up is very simple and can be broken down fairly easy. Tager jumps in on you - 6A correctly and you will win. You are NOT IN B Sledge range - Zone with pumpkin, lobelias, and Geroge. Punish B Sledge attempts on reaction. You are IN B Sledge range - Be a bit more careful with zoning, but you can still punish B Sledge with 6B. You can choose to run away as well. You are close to Tager - Rush him down. If you are uncomfortable using 5B JC 3D+j.2C mix up, you can just use j.A mix up instead, which is pretty much completely safe and resets itself into more high/low mix up. You are magnetized - Bad situation, but your best bet is to play offensive rather than defensive. Trying to wait out magnetism isn't a very good idea, since trying to zone Tager becomes much more difficult. Find an opportunity to safely get in and then start your rush down. j.A mix up is probably safe, as it will waste a lot of time and get you unmagnetized. Some other good tips when playing against Tager: - Air neutral tech is pretty good, as it makes some of his Atomic Collider resets harder to land as opposed to you teching forward/backward - If Tager hits you with 5D (outside of the corner of course), just roll tech backward. Emergency tech will get you sucked back into Atomic Collider. If he does 2D, cancel the roll frames into A Lobelia; it should hit him as you're getting sucked back in. - If you're in the corner, roll teching forward or backward is a bad idea since they can be caught by 360/720. Should you expect a 360/720, just emergency tech and hold up. Even if he does 720, you're still in emergency tech animation on super flash, and he even holds the button down, as long as you're holding up, the 720 will miss.

Do I need to make a Rachel vs Tager flowchart or something?

This match up is in your favor in CT. I'm not sure why you're having a hard time with it.
