  1. Does it have to be in HD? Also, I thought Spirit Juice was going to record? (although that's A LOT of work for one person)
  2. XD I'm doing the set-ups / gimmicks video as my own project. Most of Lambda's general mix-up that people should generally be aware about is pretty obvious stuff. I'll help when I can, though. That's all I can think of now. I'll repost if I think of anything else not mentioned. IDK if this is helpful at all, but I posted this somewhere else and it might explain some stuff better:
  3. Missing 4B and j.2C. How in-depth do we have to get about CS1-CS2 changes? I don't see where that's going to go, other than huge generalizations like 236D(~C) is much better. Might want to add that Lambda's been hit with a multitude of repeat move proration (lots of 75%-85%) for lots of her specials and 6C. Calamity Sword breaks 2 primers, as it did in CS1. 236D(~C) doesn't take away any primers. I'm planning on doing an in-depth Set-ups / Gimmicks video that basically encompasses all of #3. However, I'm not sure if I have the time to head anything or contribute consistently. This has been planned little by little over the course of some months, and it probably will have some things in common (except more in-depth) with Lambda's Character Tutorial vid.
  4. That would depend on the starter, the height of your opponent, and their hitbox as well. Are they a large character like Bang or Tager? Or smaller like Noel and Carl? You've just gotta kinda look at it and think if it's the proper height or not. Follow up 2DD > 6C with 236C for better damage. I'd say 2 reps is a safe bet for any case. Doesn't really matter since that's obsolete in CS2. If I were you, I would focus on more fundamental things that can potentially transfer over, instead of combo's.
  5. IDK what that is, but on that note, I'd like to point out that nothing is listed as connecting into Lambda's 4B (It's listed on Lambda's rows, but not her columns). Sorry if it's been mentioned before, in this thread, or on anything else.
  6. ac1791 (Lambda) vs Grim-Thanatos (Taokaka) online set Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 We were trying to do CS2 combo's, or modified CS2 combo's.
  7. I might as well add on to Sev's post since I don't believe anyone else has addressed these stuff before. X > 236B > 5A > 6A > TK > TK Loop also works, without the need of the dash 5A. Instead, the dash (if needed) is done after the first TK. Much easier timing if you're so inclined. I believe the last time 4B > 6A > TK was brought up, people said they were having trouble connecting stuff after the TK. TK8 and TK9's make it easier to connect, and dashing TK7's work as well (although too situational).
  8. Just wanted to add something about Lambda's gatlings. It's missing 4B, and 3C is definitely special / super cancellable (eg 3C > 214A). There's a small possibility it's cancellable into other stuff, but I doubt it. Can someone double check if Lambda's 5C can cancel into other things on whiff? IIRC, in CS1, it could cancel into 5C, 3C, 4B, and 6C on whiff (maybe 2C as well), but maybe that's changed.
  9. Lambda BBCS2 (PSP) Combo's
  10. Trying to IB too much made me get hit by 3C I thought he was really good at blocking overheads, until I started trying more lows. I'm stuck in a grey area where I sometimes do CS combo's, and sometimes do modified CS2 combo's, so I kept on dropping stuff I'm not used to doing anymore. We'd need a host or something. I can actually play SwordOfToan with a pretty decent connection for some reason, though.
  11. PSN Online Player Match Set (Lambda mirrors): ac1791 vs Nedel_3773 Part 1 Part 2 Part 3 Part 4 Part 5 Part 6
  12. I accidentally crossed under using Run > Barrier O_____o 2B and 3C generally work as well, but then it depends on the character.
  13. Thanks a ton. I'm getting in touch with some people down there and I think we're going to do an offline meet at someone's house.
  14. I'm going to LA soon and I was wondering if there were any console arcade-esque stuff around there for BBCS >_< If not, what alternatives do I have to Arcade Infinity (since that's the only arcade I know)? Also, can anyone tell me more about Legendary Lotus? Thanks :3
  15. CHQ 4700 Kingsway Burnaby, BC (Canada) Arcade hours: Weekdays: 10AM-10PM Fri-Sat: 10AM/9:30AM(mall opening hours)-midnight Sunday: 11AM-7PM Number of Cabs: 1 Type of Cab: Vewlix Price: $0.75 to start, $0.50 to continue I don't know what type of equipment it is =/ Maybe someone else does
  16. Pretty good ^.^ I think your approach needs a bit of work. For example, in the Lambda match, you were running up to the Lambda and getting hit by air swords. Also, you were throwing out a lot of j.2C's and 6C's. I think you could use Mu's Drive a bit more, and the placement that comes along with it, etc. If you're not going to approach with lasers (since sometimes you don't need to of course), then I suggest cancelling run into Barrier. Very handy, especially in the Lambda example.
  17. XD Also, after Not Over Yet, some people won't tech at all, afraid of getting hit into a new combo. Against these people, you can hit them with 2A, then go for a green throw / throw reject miss.
  18. GG's to those at CHQ. Apparently it came less than a week ago, so if you play BBCS in Vancouver, then head on there!
  19. GG's to the guy I played at MetroTown. I played only 4-5 games against your Noel (as Lambda, Tager, Noel). I didn't know it had a CS machine... Was awkward playing stick for the first time, but I got somewhat used to it.
  20. I actually think Mu-Lambda is at Lambda's advantage at neutral. It's a completely different match-up once Mu has steins set-up, or if Mu gets no time to set-up steins at all =/ It's a pretty even-ish match-up anyways, so it doesn't matter a huge deal -_- But that's just my take on it.
  21. NP :D If all goes according to plan, there should be some really good moments tonight for the West group.

  22. BBCS "trailer" http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fPfByy1pdtg
  23. Wow, you're in Vancouver? I always assumed you lived in USA. I live in Vancouver too, and I know 2 other people live in Vancouver (ojsinnerz and xLUPINxHOMIEx). Then we can have a Vancouver room, or a Canada room (Wenff, djNoLimitz, H_Knight19, Vice-Taicho, Cakehh). I'm sure there's some I've missed, but I have 2's, 3's, or 4's with all these people.

  24. CS1 Lambda CV http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGGjQswPDdg
  25. Here's the final one. Only differences are the music, the snippets from the Arcade OP, TK > RC > j.66 > j.C > 5C(8) > etc., 214A > cross-under AH, 2C > IAD j.214D~C > AH, and the ending. The ending took so long lol All TK9's http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yGGjQswPDdg
