  2. I've been watching some match videos lately and... I'm sorry to say, but anyone who wants to play Hazama and is too stubborn to learn the TK loop... they're just cheating themselves out of a fuck-ton of free meter. I mean just look at this shit. LOOK AT IT. He goes from 29 to 97 heat in just one corner combo off a CH 2C > 623D hit-confirm. He probably could have made it to 100 if the 3C connected and maybe did 236D or 214D~A after it. No other combo in Hazama's arsenal even comes close to that amount of heat gain. The damage off of that was pretty stupid too for being meterless. It's one thing to go into an easier hitconfirm because of reaction time or spacing, but it's a different thing entirely if you have an ideal situation and plenty of time to react. P.S. I know this really isn't directed at most of you Hazbros since most of you already know the TK loop and logically wouldn't argue against how good it actually is. However, I think this is a good final message to those still with lingering disbelief or doubts. So yeah. Always do it when you have the chance. P.P.S. the minimum amount of reps (with proper 214D~B ender) in the corner even off a bad starter like 2A or 6A > 236236B is three.
  3. Sey-kun~ I have a request again... A while back, I heard that it was possible to do relaunch on certain characters in Extend (like Jin, Rachel, Tager, etc.). I was wondering if you could test out the following combo for me and see if it works: 214D~C(Lvl 2) > (dash) 6C > dash 5C > 2C > 6D~A > 4D~A > j.7D~A > 623D > j.6D~C or D (whichever works) > 2C > j.C x 5 > 5C > hjc > j.C x 5 > j.214B If it doesn't work like that, try doing 5C > Jayoku and then that combo.

Let me ask one of the Hazbros to test it out in Extend for me.

  8. I'm pretty sure you can do 5 reps or at least 4 reps + 5C > 2C > 214D~B just off of raw blue Zaneiga.
  9. I bought it from the convenient store right next to UFO. The tin of Morton's cost $1.39 as opposed to the matching salt and pepper shakers that cost $1.99. I figured I would need it in order to gargle salt water. I watched the stream archive and realized that it didn't help at all. I'm just going to talk quieter next time or something.
  10. That's fine, sometimes you can't fit in one TK rep or the other or even both. However, the combo you posted is not the correct non-TK midscreen Zaneiga combo. Allow me to cure your misguidedness. Here are the two prominent non-TK combos: 1) 214D~C > (dash) 6C > dash 2C > j.C x 5 > land then forward jump immediately > j.C x 5 > 5C > hjc > j.C x 5 > j.214B 2) 214D~C > (dash) 6C > dash 5C or 2C > j.C x 5 > 2C > 4D~D > j.B > j.C x 2 > j.C x 5 > j.214B
  11. ...What? There are so many things wrong with this. First of all, please be consistent with letter capitalization. Second, when you say "jc" are you referring to a jump cancel or the attack "j.C"? I assume it's the latter, but still, the notation is a bit iffy. Also, who in their right mind only does j.C four times in the air as opposed to going for the regular five times? Or are you saying that we should attempt four reps of j.C x 5 in a row? In any case, I can't agree with any of this at all. Here's the real midscreen Zaneiga combo for those who were wondering (it's on the wiki): 214D~C > (dash) 6C > dash 5C > 2C > tk j.214B > dash 5C > j.C x 5 > 2C > tk j.214B > dash 5C > j.C x 5 > 5C > 214D~B > 3C It carries to the corner if you're in the exact middle of the screen. If you're closer to either corner, then either do one or two more TK loops after the second TK Hirentotsu if the corner is in front of you, or do 6D~A > 4D~A > 623D after 5C > 2C if the corner is behind you.
  12. Which tier list are you referring to? That weird English-Russian one is based off jp bbs (iirc) and is inaccurate. In any case, it's probably because all of the characters that were not as good before got better (Rachel, Valk, Lambda, Bang, Ragna, Plat, Tager). And no, these characters are not CS2 Makoto/Noel stupid.
  13. His mobility is better despite his chains attack level being decreased. Some gatlings/cancels feel faster than they used to (specifically mid-air stuff like chain-in>j.B>j.C>land>whatever). Midscreen throws are also not garbage without meter this time around. Corner carry is a part of his game now more than ever. I do believe we have a madman in our midst. Please, read or re-read the combo section of the wiki or any of Sey's posts in this thread and perhaps that might remedy you of such insane talk.
