Hazama's life-steal ring doesn't hit, though. It just does damage, akin to Bang's poison nail. I highly doubt the ring would add any proration to a combo. If anything, it should help his damage as well, if his drive attacks are strengthened.

Implying that strong players from the capcom scene will stick with P4U more than three months (if that). The actual main difference is the marketing, imo. Persona has a large following state-side already, so that just helps it out in terms of sales and overall familiarity with the brand. The title isn't bad, imo. It's named after an in-game mechanic, so at the very least it's relevant. However, I do agree that running Marvel alongside it could bring in more attendance, especially considering how many people even care about BB anymore. However, the $5 venue fee and $5 asking price per game is also off-putting. I know that it makes the pot payout sufficient in the (likely) case that few people enter each tournament. Most regulars at UFO are used to paying $2 per ranbat game. Imagine how unappealing this sounds to them. I know that we're (allegedly) getting out-of-towners to come, but that's not the point. The game is going to be young and the players need to be established in the game. P4U, BB, and (formerly) AH3, from an outsider's perspective, will look more like an anime circle-jerk than a fighting game tournament. Don't get me wrong, I fucking love anime games. I am UFO's premiere Gals Panic S2 player and Cooking Mama extraordinaire. But I do acknowledge how the public views them.

I looked in the Zepp Museum but couldn't find a thread that was related.
