Yeah, I usually know when to punish Hakumen with D, your best bet is to trick me into thinking I can pressure you, then hitting me out of my terrible pressure. Or bait dem D's with your own D's, which you are starting to do pretty well.

OK, so I use 6B, its blocked, I jump back, I now have to find a way to get my opponent back into pressure. Why am I even talking about this with you guys? You guys play good characters.

its -4, that's not the point though, a blocked overhead, when not gatlinged into a 3C or a drive puts me at a disadvantage, meaning it's not smart to use it unless you are 99% sure it will connect.

24 frames is faster than 1 second yes, but I'm still pretty sure its one of the slowest in the game, even I can react to it, and I'm American. The point I was making, is that its just as risky as everything else she has to do, because its only good if it hits, on block it leaves me just as fucked as anything else I can do.

Exactly Noel's greatest Mix-up outside of drive is: 6B for an overhead 2B or 3C for a low. I use 2B all the time so that's not suspect here. 6B is one of the slowest overheads in the game, the only ones that are slower are Rachels and I think Arakune's, I get poked out of my overhead so often its insane, and the only time it works on people are if they are free(Katz, Lumin) or if it is netplay(Katz, Everybody else). 3C if blocked is punishable as hell. Now, lets assume that my opponent didn't poke out, but instead blocked my overhead, what are my options? 3C Drive OH WELL LOOK WHAT WE HAVE HERE! no safe options after a blocked overhead, I can't 6B > 3C > jump cancel like Ragna can, I can't continue pressure, I can only get fucked.

It's not the same Katz, you're still talking like I pressure with Drive, whenever I push the D button I'm not trying to catch your pressure or mix you up. If I D during a blockstring, its to catch you trying to poke me out of pressure, which is easy as fuck to do, unlike every other character who can punish an attempted "poke out" by using a normal, I have to use a drive. Noel Vs. Hazama: Noel has Hazama in a pressure string. lets say: 5A > 2B > Dash in > 5A > 5A > 2B, do this enough times and the Hazama will notice when you dash in, so he tries to 2A out of your next dash, but you anticipate this, so you use Noel's 2D, in hopes the Hazama did try to 2A out of your pressure, if he did, you get a free combo, if he didn't you're fucked.

Thank you. I've tried every approach, but every strategy Noel has relies on her drives, I'd love to explain, but I feel that all I would get in return is more trolling. Still <3 you guys though.

Reasons I use D: 1. Use in combos. 2. Go through your shit. 3. Cross up with 2D. 4. Throw bait with 2D(Counts as going through your shit). 5. Catch you jumping out with 2D. If I am using Drive while you are blocking, its only because I wanted to go through something I thought you were going to throw out, yet I guess wrong and instead I have to do something to get me out of trouble, which is impossible if you have a DP and use it right after blocking my first drive move.
