Seeing that the general thread was locked and that my videos (mostly from last weekend's TGS) on bbcp 2.0 were burried under a heavy discussion , i am reposting/recompiling these videos in this thread because it might contain "something new" for the people who haven't seen it or are interested in some of these changes edit: unless this is not allowed or in the wrong thread, then a mod can move/delete this post OD raid (used as guard cancel) has it's duration changed to 1/4 (probably) of the original OD time https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAfcIr_eKcc&t=1h11m48s Also in that very same video above, there were some interesting things for Kagura, Hazama and more BBCP 2.0 arcade opening https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5y_f1KV0pA4 celica, lambda, nu demonstration https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rD30vpA5r0 Nomizu (Celica's seiyuu) playing Celica https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCGuaRzt-vc Ragna vs Azrael match played by Ichiki (Hibiki's seiyuu) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nnecTvUslg&feature=youtu.be&t=1h1m44s

To be fair, many of Tsubaki's matchups looks to me that they seem to suck. Tsu apparently even has trouble with other bottom tier characters like Bullet... edit: does Tsu even have a good matchup?
-
TBH i dont think that the news was that the OD's were tweaked but there was an announcement that every distortion drive has a powered up OD version. So at best you can speculate about the DD's that didn't get a powered up version Azrael's BHS and Ragna Cs already had a boosted version

I had a fun time against the salty ZsilentZ for losing out in an unlimited matches

Mu's 2b should beat Noel's 3c since it's alot faster. It's probably safer tryin to stagger pressure Noel with 2b, since Noel's 2d has been "nerfed" compared to extend's 2d. While 6b is not the most reliable mixup because of Noel's 4d, you can beat beat 4d mashy noels with j.2c in blockstrings like like 5b or 6a

for the people interested, the 2nd day stream https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5nnecTvUslg
-
Oh nvm, my clock was off by 1 hour myself -_- and i missed alot
-
you were off by 1 hour though Abou the "not expecting anything special", who knows? Perhaps we get to see something because the guests are Yasumoto Hiroki (Azrael's seiyuu) and Ichiki Mitsuhiro (Hibiki's seiyuu)
-
then i made a mistake when i was copying the stream o_o edit: i see i made the mistake of trying to directly download the rtmp stream from the timeshift instead of recording the stream (the latter is much more timeconsuming ) later edit: I also remember that they had a technical difficulty when they were showing the xblaze trailer and the stream apparently gets cut off because of that last edit: the last remaining 15 minutes https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pWbJWzet11Q

For the people who want to see the entire stream (not just the gameplay snippets) with all the long talks included https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CN8b2PohUXo

Actually the first hit is an overhead since you can see a red exclamation mark when ragna was crouching https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rD30vpA5r0&t=1m33s the 2nd hit is indeed low

Nomizu playing Celica from the 2nd hour https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PCGuaRzt-vc I have no problems with the videos that i have uploaded, so i guess it might be a youtube issue if you cant view it yet The stream is still ongoing.....
-
Uploaded the celica, nu and lambda demo from the first hour of the stream on youtube https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7rD30vpA5r0 Currently Nomizu was getting beat up by Arakune
-
i have somewhat (bad quality, due to rush job. i will get something better when the stream is done) uploaded that opening from that stream and the celica, nu, lambda exhibition in the first hour will be uploaded soon Also the stream is now showing Nomizu messing around with Celica edit: made a slightly better quality better version. although i dont think it can be improved that much because the stream was only 640x360 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5y_f1KV0pA4
-
i started recording this stream 7 minutes late, so i will probably have to wait till the timeshift to get the whole thing
-
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yL-JfSiGGWM#t=1m35s The new ikutachi looks a bit similar to her current unlimited version to me , because she falls down faster. We don't know if you can still stein cancel her ikutachi and the trailer started with 6c, so we dont know if she lost her 5c>6c gattle or not
-
You were lucky to get away with 2a, 5b or 6a> 6b because i have seen noel players simply throw out 4d to beat the overhead Also you were lucky that the Noel player didn't challenge Mu's 5c with either her own 5c (extended hurtbox of Mu's 5c will easily result in big CH combo's if you misspace your 5c) or 3c (to low profile predictable 5c) or 4d (and usually into assault through to make the whiffed 4d safe)

While looking through the wiki to find more on countering Bang I noticed some differences framedata in the wiki entries. How much negative is bang on blocked drives? http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bang_Shishigami_%28BBCP%29 http://www.dustloop.com/wiki/index.php?title=Bang_Frame_Data_%28BBCP%29 edit: oops, i posted in the wrong section x_x

Also the Overdrive raid looks like to have a slight change https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAfcIr_eKcc&t=1h11m48s In the loketest you seem to get the full time as if you activated OD normally and now ithe duration seems even shorter than OD cancel
-
Well they did change his chain's a little , although i am not knowledgable about Hazama enough to say if it was a buff or nerf. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAfcIr_eKcc&t=1h19m52s
-
Managed to upload it on youtube fairly quick https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TAfcIr_eKcc I Haven't watched it myself and the quality is horrible because the quality of the original stream (i hate japanese streams for that) was just as bad
-
I can, if i can have the link edit: i might have found it http://live.nicovideo.jp/watch/lv192097758

Mu is very versatile according to the east players though. Probably this was caused by the difference in Mu players in both regions
-
Moot point, because there are several characters who dont have anti-air normals with head invul (Terumi, Bang, Izayoi and Valk and pre-cp we had Litchi) or characters with nearly useless very late head invul AA like Tager or pre-CP Jin Amane also has a huge deadzone, so what? I dont see the problem... His b flashback will be like the old one but without full invull and his c dp is more punishable on block in the air
-
That is nice and all but it's about one of the strongest dp's in the game: which is insanely long active, uncrossable and unpunishable when blocked in air. I see Kagura players practically mashing his dp when someone is jumping towards him. So i think they basically splitted his dp as different tools. Just see your b version as your anti-air and your c version as a dp, your charge move is still a much better anti-air than what most characters in the cast have
