New designs I made for me and LunarSelenia. I swapped out my main color so I wanted to re-do my design, and Lunar wanted to rep Tsubaki on her stick.

So double post idgaf. With the announcement of Relius Clover another balance patch has been confirmed as well. Im not sure how I feel about this though. My guess (or maybe what I'm hoping for) is that this is just gonna be minor tweaks that don't do anything extreme to actual gameplay. I'm in love with CS2 Mu so if they change her all over again for CS2+ I dunno how I'll feel. Wonder if they're gonna do a whole new disc release for this?

So much cute. :D <3 -
1) It's her 6B, and yes it's an overhead. 2) ...I...don't play her often enough to know. 3) She just is. Accept it.

Need more Mu players to rep her at evo. I was sad to hear you weren't going.

Yay I'm finally almost consistent from both sides with C0R's 9.2k fatal...xD I personally find my execution to be terrible so I'm proud. Getting it like 9/10 times now. This character is so much fun. =3=;

Yep, Tao is pretty good at baiting 2C with her triple jump/cancels. j.C in the air is okay. I've been hit just as often as I've had success with it though, even with good spacing. AAing her is indeed REALLY hard, I don't try unless I know I'm not getting baited. Even then I'm wary about throwing out any of my anti-airs. It's a hard matchup...air throw all day everyday.

Nothing but nerfs for Wesker. :[ *sigh* Slower teleports? DX

Heavy execution never makes a game better imo. If something is INFURIATINGLY hard, that can be detrimental to the actual gameplay. If you have to focus too much on "Oh god what if I drop this combo" you have less time to focus on the other more important aspects of the game. I mean, I can appreciate the execution is takes to play some of the harder GG characters, although that doesn't make GG a better game in itself, and it also doesn't make BB a bad one. Besides, difficulty does not equal execution. Being able to do a combo is one thing, but being able to play good footsies, mixup, yomi, etc etc to set it up so you can actually USE it is a totally different ballgame. Thats what makes a game, not super hard combos. Don't get me wrong I'd totally get into GG if I had it though lol. But yeah, Carl is a tough character as far as BB standards go execution wise. Thats the truth of the matter really.

Michi's Land of Wonderment and Joy [Commissions: Open!]

It will be worth it darlin~! It's looking beautiful already. It'd be more beautiful in the Nia colors though...(kidding. :3) Looking good, keep at it. ^w^ -
Maybe I'm just biased cause I'm now so used to the really fast paced gameplay of CS2. Poking is fun, but yeah I guess it's "boring" to me cause it's so slow and I can't get into it. I mean I have no problem with poking, but I guess the fact that is was very slow paced is what put me off. Like I said the increase in speed has made it more interesting already. I don't think I'll ever play this one seriously though, I'm just a fan of the character designs more that anything. ;w;

The Tao boards need serious cleaning. Even if there aren't many players at the very least the ones who do play her should have a clean board, instead of having to sift though CT and CS1 stuff to find whats up to date. Someone needs to get on it. if XDest doesn't you guys def need to get a mod who will. Finding stuff in here is hard. ;-;

That Plat drawing a page back....;w; So adorable. -
I don't care if the combos are longer I just want the system used to execute them to be better. I guess I just want less of the whole "I attack, you block, you attack, I block, turtle poke turtle sidestep..." etc...etc... Watching high level play of this game was actually very boring. Though based on the previews it looks like it's more interesting. *still waits for Tira*

Sigged. Love this..

She is. Do it mang. DO IT. 8D

Based on these animations I'm getting more hyped for this game. That light attack for Twilight is awesome. :D Read a book read a book read a MUTHAFUKENBOOK.

A super meter? :o I just got a bit more interested in this game. I hope the combo system isn't super boring. Nao wheres mah Tira...*waits* =w=;

Pretty much this. Pick a character you like not one based on ease of use. BB is my first fighting game and I picked Mu. She's crazy complicated for someone who's never played any fighting game beyond button mashing AT ALL before CS, but I would not have nearly as much fun if I was using another character. I'm glad I stuck with my choice despite the learning curve. The difference between this game's characters and SF's is the variety. No one character will really help you with other characters. Basics yes, how the system generally works...but imo any character has the potential to teach you basics. Ragna is just the best choice for this. I agree on the fact that starting off slow is good, but I firmly believe in playing who you enjoy no matter what the execution barrier is. If they're stupid easy or crazy hard if you like them you're gonna have fun learning them. :3

Tao boards need serious cleaning up too. D: It's still got unarchived CS1, even CT stuff in the main boards. It makes me sad to see her become so unpopular. :< The fact that they made her so boring is just not cool, cause as a character she's so far from that. She was also my first choice way back in CT days, but this was before I was really serious and still looking for my playstyle. She was always one of my favs.

Imo Baiting AAs versus Mu is a good idea. Mu 2C is a really good AA, but since you have a triple jump you can get out of reach of it easily and punish it. I discovered this one the hard way lol. Also be careful at match start, don't always try to rush in with a 5D/j.D etc cause I've opened up with 2C predicting it, and gotten a CH combo off it. She can also air throw your j.D fairly easily so watch out for that. And also, don't ever let her get away with setting up steins in neutral cause like Dom said it's pretty much a free combo. You don't want her to have shit out cause lasers will severely limit Tao's movement, and you really don't wanna get stuck blocking as Tao. Also look out for Habaya (236A, Mu's electricity ball thing) cause she'll toss that out in lieu of steins to buy time to set things up and keep Tao away. I also use it to hide air-throw attempts, so you might wanna watch out for that as well. Baiting DPs is also really good, she's in CH state forever after her DP lol. I actually like this matchup even if I usually get bodied, playing dodge the flying cat is kinda fun.

Dude I love that artwork of Mu. :D very nice.
