  2. Tager players have a certain animal magnetism to them. Oddly attracted to Bullet or Makoto or Bullet. Or was that the other way around?

  4. Tsubaki 22D during Mugen would still be just about useless with hitting barrier gauge IMO. Plat hammer would be too strong. I don't knwo what else is out there that has crush properties.
  5. There were people saying that if you see her disappear you can react grab to stop whatever she does. Dunno about that.

  8. I thought I read that her combos looked generally pretty easy to do now, in contrast to the past. but I don't know much about Litchi. Is this right?
  9. Yeah, Hazama is S too. Those jump loops do a lot, and hotenjin still lets him take any combo into 5k territory. Rank 11+ Population.   12. Yeah. Certainly true. The average japanese player posting on jbbs isn't much different from the average dustloop poster really. As for fun, I don't know. Cosmic ray looks cool, I like the look of lander blow for frame trap/pressure resetting too. I don't know if it's just me but asteroid vision seems a lot nicer for approaching too. Oki looks solid... I haven't played Makoto in a while but I like the look of it.
  13. Makoto looks like she'll be a lot more fun and better off so that seems good enough to me. I don't know why she's ranked bottom. Whatever, right? Tsubaki is the same. definitely better off, seems a lot more fun, only ranking B, but whatever.
  14. I guess that's just a commentary on tier lists in general, which is fine. Top players kind of defy tier lists. None of those things really changed the placement of those characters in tier lists much. Jin stayed B, Tsubaki maybe went from C to B, same with Makoto. Etc.
  15. People usually figure out the top tiers pretty quickly. And the bottom too. CS2? CSEX? Think about it. But by the time we get the game they might have done a balance patch like they did with P4U too.

I doubt the top is changing. Jin Valk Tao Litchi. The top and bottom characters tend to be identified pretty early on. Then sometimes later people are like, this char is actually top too. But you know you can also just take it as the CURRENT list.. Of course stuff changes over time. Kind of a current ranking of how people are doing with characters? Also Amane is staying that low. F Tier for Fabulous , Solar. F.
  18. Yeah I don't know... I don't think I've seen that on commadn grabs in EX unless they were pink command grabs I think. Kuresu complaining about Jin and Hakumen on Twitter. heh.
  19. Generally there is just a list and people tweak it. Like you can see someone decided 6 ranks was too much and consolidated it.

  22. Yeah, dunno. It might be worth it if you put it in fairly early so it doesn't drop as easy? But that's possible just cause you can charge cancel air normals now. The reason you can do stuff off 6c is rather that 6c and 6cc were changed IMO, and removal of JD minimum height. The old 3c FC > 6CC > JCC>5C combo is doable now without fatal counter. BTW, currently all of the jbbs rankings place Tsubaki in B rank. Well, I'm not going to place a huge amount of faith in it. If people are curious I'll post one I guess.

  25. I can't really tell. It feels like maybe. But man, now that I look at it closer. Jesus christ look at how much she slides back on the 2d charge cancel!? Is that really just the effect of barriering a 5c?
