I'm not exactly experienced, so I don't think I'd be much help; however, I'd love to sit in on the matchup discussion, if it's okay. Also, question: how exactly do you get people to block as Chie? I understand that her oki game is the main idea, and if you don't hit them during oki, you kinda screwed up, but this game has a really limited gatling table, so I'm unsure of how to get people used to sitting there and blocking my pressure.

As an SF player, I can see how you'd wonder how to hit people with Chie Basically, this mixup is Chie 101: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sf4-gYnCgXM You should be getting that mixup off every hard knockdown, covered by 5D/2D oki. You can pepper in AoAs, jab whiff low, and anything else you'd like on okizeme, but that airdash mixup is super-important

I think there's a really hard line to draw, here. On one hand, when you get to the big events, you're going to draw the most viewers, so you want to be highly accessible. On the other hand, it's often only at the big events that we get to see high-level play consistently get stream time -- and I know that I, personally, /want/ to hear the technical breakdown of what's going on when I'm watching high-level play. It's so rare to see it streamed live with English commentary that, when I actually can see it, I want to be able to make the most of it. Beginner-level commentary on finals matches feels like a waste of a good learning experience.
