Aww, I might not even see it until Monday, going to ECT this weekend. In case you were going to copy-paste this one, the notation is wrong. you have to do 2A OR 2B, 2C, JC jC, j2C, SoD, 6A, 6B, 6A, JC j2C, jD, 2B, 6A, j.C, j2C... 5C can't combo. Also, this combo is pretty important, I dunno about you guys, but I land it pretty often.

@Solar: 2A 5B 5C SoD 6A :6B 6A j.2C j.D 2B 5C 2C sj.2C (stuff) you can use 2B instead of 5B at the beginning, it does like 50 less damage or so, but if your 2A is blocked sometimes you catch them with the low so it's worth it if you're not 100% sure it'll land. @Ve: maybe also 3C corner, since it's good mixup for blockstring 2A 2B 5B (3C/6B)

@Air: about gantz, what part is that? I caught up a couple of months ago, and I can honestly say that I went "fuck yeah" when they . @Nolan: there have probably been about 5 chapters or so of liar game that have been translated since this day a year ago. I'll check out other titles after ECT.

Daaang I didn't notice those dates were so close to each other. I guess we could do some kind of event on Thursday the 14th then... I dunno, still have a lot of time to think about it. About getting back in BB shape... just do it, there's a lot of talk about manly animu so just do what the characters from those series would do-ish. And yeah, akumetsu, same. At first, lol bad/cheesy story but I kept reading because people were getting blown up and/or exposed, and it was lulz. Check out "Liar Game" if you haven't already. And about gantz, if anyone just watched it, it's worth reading. The story continues a lot, like berserk and hsd kenichi. If this matters to anyone, new female characters join the cast.

By the way, FLCL is probably my favorite animu, but a lot of people I recommended it to told me they didn't like the first episode and stopped watching. I don't like the first episode either.

1.Learn corner combos off 2A,2B,6B, 3C, and grab and midscreen combos off 2C CH, air-to-air j.C CH, and air grab RC. 2.Learn when to press/hold D and cancel into 236A, 236D, or jump back 3.Don't use 6C or 214D outside of combos/setups until you get a better feel for the rest 4.???? 5.Profit! In training, in a casual, or in a tournament? If I get recorded at ECT this weekend I'll try that last one.

Brice is at the HQ darktraining now, so, HQ open if anyone is interested. @Livewire: pnp, imperial sport and freezerburn are good iirc, I think there were a few others who had interest in getting better as well. Just start meeting up every now and then. I dunno, but I think most communities in north america are kinda small and don't meetup very often, except for a few exceptions, so, less QQ moar pewpew. @Kr3wman: you're right, stop lurking and come tonight. @Leo: yes, but he wasn't at the last tournament, so I dunno. @Ken: Take your two paragraphs, switch em, add a "then" in between, and suddenly, lulz. We could all gather up at my place on Evo weekend and be stream monsters together, I'll have to check with my parents. Ok it's kinda game related, but it's more like a context. Anyways, it would be like watching "the game" with a few beers, except it's a game we actually play, understand, and know top players. Lots of other stuff we could do as well, got a pool. omg SFxT at ECT, hype just went up a knotch.

I often find myself in this situation: Lambda does (stuff) into 236B which I block. Then they jump back and do j.2DD 214D. Is there an efficient counter to this? I usually just block and lose a primer or try something that doesn't work and get hit out of it, so I'm feeling slightly free in the matchup atm.

Oh btw, me and brice are gonna be at the HQ tomorrow evening for ECT practice and to get one of those access cards. GGs on xbl blade. I think I get how to use the mic now.
