  1. Unfortunately not, heh. Yea, 22D causes a wallbounce on CH (22D still wallbounces in the corner on normal hit). 22B staggers on CH. Only guard breaks in mugen when opponent doesn't barrier block.
  2. 22D is no longer unblockable, though apparently it guard breaks in mugen.
  3. Yea I noticed it, but it was really nice to see coming from 214B. What I'd like to know is if dp whiff combos are our basic bnbs. If 5A > 2C was universal that'll be great, but I did notice the 5A whiffed against Hakumen. Kuresu may have been to far for it to connect, or maybe it's character specific, in which case we're back to square one. Nifty. Thanks man.
  4. I saw the 5B CH > 6CC > 214D too but once I saw that it could be done with 214B I figure using 214D could be a waste of stock. That combo is here. The combo with 214B and the air ender attempt is here.
  5. Ah alright. Thank you for that. Not sure if 5C > 2C is character specific but I wouldn't put it past us if it was. I think I also understand why Kuresu misses the 5C > 2CC > 236X in the corner. It seems like he does it a little early and needs to wait just a little longer for the opponent to fall at the precise height.
  6. Few combos are beginning to blossom now. In Kuresu's match against Matsu, he did: 5B CH > 6CC > 214B > 5C > 2CC > IAD j.CC > 5C > 2CC > j.C > dj.CC > j.214A - The j.214A whiffed but he probably could've confirmed the combo with j.214C. That was already about 3.5k and that's really good coming from a 5B CH. There are also a few matches where players are using DP whiff combos and following up with 5A > 2C. Pretty interesting. Some other combos I added to the compilation: -5BB > 5CC > 623C > j.214X(w) > Dash 5A > 2C > 236X > 214B > 22B -5BB > 5CC > 214D > 2CC > IAD j.CC > 5C > 2C > 236X > 214B > 22B [ON CROUCHING ONLY] -5CC > 22D > 6C > CT > 5C > 2CC > 236X > 5A > 5C > 2C > 236X > 214B > 22B -6BB > 22D > 6CC > 236X > 214B > 22B
  7. 11/24/2012 Leebros Singles Relius vs Tsubaki
  8. Number 15 is the Yukiko palette. I should also mention that they are DLC colors 7-16.
  9. PK it's all good thanks.
  10. Oh definately. Nice eye there 5B. With that you've help me start the playlist. Thanks man.
  11. Pretty much that. They are not yet available.
  12. Er hem, let's get back on track. I can't see a benefit of the RC status being the same between the two hits but maybe someone will find something interesting about it. I mean, in that case in the video, there was nothing that player could follow up with anyway.
  13. Nah there is nothing on the normal colors yet. Haha!!! Thunderbolt man
  14. That's right, accept the DLC colours! Who else is sticking with the black default palette? We're gonna fight, and you're gonna lose.
  15. Tsubaki's DLC colours! Daedron your colour is still there haha! Also yea, I've seen that 236D doesn't connect from 22D.
  16. I think it would be misleading to make speculations/theories like that since we can only rely on what is shown in videos or posted on the jbbs/twitter. We all know how that can go, lol.
  17. Thanks for that PK. Oh, I've been doing this since CS2 but I don't know if anyone else knew. I have a playlist of notable Tsubaki matches on my Youtube page (From a-cho, PK, Jourdal etc). It's here. Sometimes I leave notes to help my general gameplay (for example in the Valk playlist I note down various wolf movements), but I figure this may help you guys if you're interested. If I don't learn anything it's very likely the video will not get added, for example, if a Tsubaki bodies a player doing basic things or if the Tsubaki gets bodied and does nothing! I will obviously be doing this with CP Tsubaki but I will make sure I provide more detailed notes this time around. In addition, I will be doing this for Izayoi. I'll leave this in the first post. When I start lol.
  18. II. Gameplay-related FAQ 1. What happens when you combine Tsubaki's Overdrive and Mugen? Mugen overrides OD but OD makes mugen drain slower. 2. Is Tsubaki better in CP? Short answer, yes. She has a command grab which strengthens her mixup and a projectile and new super which aids her neutral game and oki. She deals more damage and the addition of crush triggers has helped in making her damage more consistent. However, she is a little more difficult to use in this iteration. 3. How do I get 6C > j.D > j.C to combo? You need to try to delay the 5C slightly because of the recovery of j.C. Most of the time if you input 5C too fast, it won't come out. Also cancel the jump immediately with j.D, if you are too high it will obviously won't combo. Note that it doesn't work against standing opponents and you need them while they are airbourne with 6C in order for this to work. Furthermore, using this from an air throw is character specific so please check out the combo thread for further details.
  19. Please be sure to check here first before asking a question. I. General FAQ questions (Story, colors, non-gameplay related questions) 1. Where can I find Tsubaki's colors? Colors 1-6 (default) are here! Colors 7-16 (DLC) can be found right here!
  20. Yea I was thinking the same thing. With that much stock, I must admit it would be worth the risk. Edit: Nah, Mugen takes priority over OD. Here.
  21. Late response from me. 'They' would be me, lol. Yea sure I'll put him up, I actually forgot to mention him, and I haven't keeping much track of this thread for a while anyway (obvious). I'll put him up in case people want someone to look out for if they're watching EX vids, but he should also be included in the CP video thread. They're here man. Not to mention Valk is pretty rare to see so that doesn't help the load.
  22. PK has uploaded it to Youtube.
  23. Sorry no link. You may have to use this one. That's cool, but I wonder if 2D has more recovery? Wondering since it's used less often. 236236D still having no invulnerability doesn't surprise me lol. I see no reason for it to change.
  24. Bout time! Nice to see ya!
