  1. Vampire in 1-2 days! lesgooooo TN. You guys keep up w/ it. I promise Cincy will be coming back south.
  2. Noticed. Kosho reacts to TechHIts w/ 9-jumps to keep the advantage. Here's the best examples I could find. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=C5Qyovyc2V4#t=21m44s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OS-36YfxkJ8#t=64m49s
  3. DPG2 second qualifier complete. Congratz to Kosho_Bulleta pt#1: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FIFQjyjMwk4 pt#2: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KV7SCRvGKb4 pt#3: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OS-36YfxkJ8 pt#4: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xExgbEtGwBc
  4. @Onirus, most general discussion actually happens here. :3 Post up & I am sue you'll get more responses. http://www.facebook.com/groups/197383233629950/
  5. VSAV is so fast that traditional "hitconfirms" do not apply. Low forward-confirm-super will not happen. (Exception is Kaji_Lilith doing 66mkxxLI. He is a god among men.) In general, you should commit to two attacks. Using the second move to give ample time to confirm the first. You can also piggy-back "paired attacks" to give more confirms on numerous mixups. However, the risk of the opponent doing a defensive technique increases. Dashing offense example: Anakaris d.lp, Link lp, confirm. d.lp hits, LINK lp hits: Anakaris can go into an optimal ground combo d.lp blocks, LINK lp blocks: Attacker can go into a high, low, throw, delay, bait scenario. d.lp blocks, LINK lp hits: Anakaris will recognize this scenario as a block and go into a high, low, throw, delay, bait scenario. Jumpin example: Bishamon j.mk, j.hk, land, confirm. J.mk hits, j.hk hits: Bishamon can go into an optimal ground combo. j.mk blocks. j.hk block: Bishamon can go into a high, low, throw, delay, bait scenario. J.mk blocks, j.hk hits: Bishamon will recognize this scenario as a block and go into a high, low, throw, delay, bait scenario. you see the problem here. The attacker did a second air chain as a surprise-overhead but did not give them self ample time to confirm the mixup. Here's how Bishamon can optimize the situation. example: Jumpin j.mk, j.hk, land, cr.lk, confirm. J.mk blocks, j.hk hits, cr.lk hits: Bishamon can go into an optimal ground combo. J.mk blocks, j.hk blocks, cr.lk hits: Bishamon will recognize this scenario as a block and act as if the offense was blocked. you see the problem here. Bishamon did a landing-low as a mixup but did not give them self ample time to confirm the situation. Here's how Bishamon can optimize. example: Jumpin j.mk, j.hk, land, cr.lk, LINK cr.lk, confirm. J.mk blocks, j.hk blocks, cr.lk hits, LINK cr.lk hits: Bishamon can go into an optimal ground combo.
  6. So, Bishamon's potential for UB's is very high. See this chart below to see which character & which wake-up they do, what is UB. I believe the neutral wakeUp is the same as an air reset. http://darkstalkers.moryou.com/savior/system-s/bug-s/bug-s.html Saying Bishamon cannot do UB Es-spirit against Lilith is false. Bishamon cannot do UB ES-Spirit against Lilith's forward & neutral roll. ^_^ UB-Bricks does not work on: Lilith, Demitri, Morrigan, Zabel & Aulbath. The more you know! Truely, Lilith & Morrigan are Bishamon's worst nightmares b/c UB-ES spirit does not connect from a neutral & UB-Bricks does not connect. Bishamon cannot Loop UB-ES-Spirits & Bishamon cannot Antiair into UB-Bricks.
  7. Gallon has a (4) way mixup post a corner K-throw & the opponent Tech's the throw. This same mixup works off any corner reset. It's pretty convenient that that K-Throw is an OS for the jump-out. You go for the K-Throw, they jump and you still get the Mixups Against: Sasquatch, LeiLei, Zabel, Bishamon 1. Walk into the corner and do a quick low http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0QUmCMxN1M#t=8s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J88bA1xb6PI#t=2m33s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J88bA1xb6PI#t=11m25s 2. Walk out of the corner and do a quick low http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V0QUmCMxN1M#t=14s 3. Walk out of the corner and do 66j.lk, LINK j.lp, Land, BnB http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J88bA1xb6PI#t=5m48s 4. Walk out of the corner than jump back into the corner. J.lk will crossup http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=J88bA1xb6PI#t=2m16s www.youtube.com/watch?v=OnHkZaHq8-E#t=43s Thanks to KEN_Gallon for the tip.
  8. I have seen (3) instances of Full-Guard state: 1.) Zabel's recovery frames of J.mp & J.lp http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lmdfoMjOGDY#t=6m46s 2.) Felicia staying in airblockstun. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3yzFiJn2St8#t=4m34s 3.) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lL8mGwFDE1M#t=7m45s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ju_q27lKLLc#t=1m55s http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m3EK_Yygjhk#t=1m25s Thanks to SHU & Sakamoto http://darkstalkers.moryou.com/savior/system-s/bug-s/bug-s.html
  9. Confirmed w/ Gallon cr.mp and cr.mk. Zabel is hard b/c of his crouch walk/retreat and confirmed for Qbee's cr.mk as well. >_> hard to throw these. - I want to reiterate a concept of Bulleta's ground chase, game: when opponents side-roll, they lose their 5f of throwing & they are subject to additional turn-around frames. This means that cross-ups and walk-thru's are more effective when used against an opponents ground roll. I don't think basket KD has enough frames to run-thru a back-roll and that's why Kosho/SAKO rarely use it. They would rather prioritize 2hk or 3.hk b/c the frames allow Bulleta to chase all the rolls and setup mixups for days. Reference this next entire match & see Kosho use 5 or Aulbath's 6 ground rolls, to setup mixups: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=19m20s
  10. To the best of my Knowledge, only 3 moves in the game force opponents to disable ground rolls. 1. Zabel ES GC: Sets up his UB J.lk http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B_L6KmcMPfY#t=2m1s 2. Bishamon's ES-Spirit rekka: Sets up his UB ES spirit loop. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xa-j-JRirjk#t=7s 3. LeiLei's hitting a full CLEAN Tenraiha: Something about the total knochdown duration being so long.
  11. This is old news, but I couldn't find it documented: certain projectiles ignore TechHits, I know of Lilith's soul flash & Bulleta's 3.hk, Bulleta's st.hk www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=95m34s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=102m54s
  12. Another Bulleta setup I've recently noticed is a corner combo into cr.mp, 3hK. This causes a flaming KD in the corner and gives Bulleta EXTENDED KD time. from here she can do a safejump landing attack, d.mp... and still confirm every roll into a mixup/advantage. If they forward roll: the safejump-j.mk/hk is very ambiguous. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=16m32s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=12m8s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=19m34s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=26m40s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=30m55s If they neutral wake-up and press buttons: J.attack hits, d.mp combos and you can link a full BnB off of that. resetting the situation into another 3.HK KD. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=8m14s If they neutral wake-up and TechHit: Bulleta's D.mp will fight the TechHit and still combo on hit. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=11m43s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=12m50s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=16m52s If they roll back: Bulleta's d.mp will have recovered and she can 50/50 with cr.mp or IOH j.MP Also: see the delyed Jumpin to beat the TechHit attempt! www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=9m7s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=14m03s Bulleta can use backdash mp's to make DF deactivation more safe: www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=105m47s Lastly, A corner reset is an awesome walk-thru 50/50 for the characters w/ fast walk speed. Bulleta, Lilith, Morrigan, Gallon, etc. www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=21m56s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=96m41s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=101m01s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=104m8s OMFG the comback XD www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=106m16s certain projectiles ignore TechHits, I know of Lilith's soul flash & Bulleta's 3.hk, Bulleta's st.hk www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=95m34s www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ggja0jCQ-o#t=102m54s

  22. Updated links to previous post. Broke up post#2 added to post#3. Gonna update post#3 w/ the large info drop I completed today.
  23. Input the first lp, while you are jumping. same time.
  24. Ciccio, if you input 7+lp, nothing comes out. That is how you pre-buffer. This only works when low to the ground. Unless you SuperJump. 3~7+lp, BLOCK~lp~6~lk~hp oru 7+lp, BLOCK~lp~6~lk~hp
  25. OP had a serious update. Thanks Mr. Kimura.
