  1. Her 3C is nerfed, framedata lies and 3[C] is vulnerable at the end. Go for 5B/5C FC punish. If it used for going under lobelia use some wind. with 50 heat she can use 2362366D instead dp which will beat anything and give you 4-5k dmg. she was hardly nerfed, her hiboxes and hurtboxes became alot worse. pay attention to frametraps, 5B CH/5C CH/214A~C CH~B hurts alot. With ib you can punish everything except A/2B/3C if she doesn't cancel that.

  11. no way. you have enough disadvantage after knockdown. 2362366D seems the only reliable option. Sometimes you can jump or mash dash 2A, but not 6C. Tager always was gay, now he have shitloads of damage and meter from anything(5C>7k). Carl is pretty hard to fight, but everyone drops combos and resets even in japan.

  13. waste of heat i think. Go for standart midscreen 214A~A>6A>2D with PF ender, will get 4k~4.5k dmg and bit more meter. In corner 6A>5D>etc or 214A~D>5B>6A/5CC. for corner i started using B+C>214A~D>5B>6A>2D>j.D>2C>236A~D>6A>5D>5CC>ender. About 3850 dmg and 40 heat with dp ender. Other ways like 5CC>5D or 5CC>2D is much harder and difference in damage is about 50-100.

  21. almost every char gives makoto problems in neutral. Damage on tager seems much better, since you have to use 214C~D sometimes after 5CC and you have better combo for standing on midscreen. Worst thing in that that matchup, tager now have cs2 makoto corner damage and meter gain from anything lol.
  22. tager isn't that annoying in neutral game. But you have to play safely or try to read your opponent, his risk-reward is much higher in any your mixup(spin to win). But tager specifics makes life better, i.e. 5A on crouching and 5CC j.CC 5CC combos
