    So why is it that Sol can land a CH Fafnir after blocking Venom's and Slayer's 5D? You mean to tell me it's still active? Or is it because the recovery from 5D is that bad? Venom's 5D is -12 and Slayer's is -9 whereas Sol's Fafnir has a 11F startup. Venom's 5D is in a CH state until the end of recovery but Slayer's isn't. What happened?

    I think that's what throws people off about Sol. His mixup isn't the traditional mixup setup.

    What the hell is wrong with the hitbox for BB? There are times that it whiffs. Even in the damn corner. I didn't experience that before in XX or XX/.

    That's back when it was worth using. Now with 66% proration and ground slide, it's like ehhhhh.

    For Sol, to me, he seems more poke heavy than a mixup based. So that's what I do. Sol doesn't have strong normals like May's to fall back on nor mixups like Millia to use either. I try to learn how to utilize his pokes.That being said, I feel Sol's more geared towards baiting than anything else. A prime example: WT setups. At one point or another your opponent will try to jump out.So what's the plan? 5K them into a possible Sidewinder combo. Or air throw or j.P. It's like Spirit Juice said. It's about experience. You have to learn to react to your opponent for Sol's mixups. People use Bandit Bringer? News to me. Nearly IMPOSSIBLE to land that on any opponent.

    Why the japanese decide that if any guy in GG gets beat up, their hair transforms into an afro? Fyi..you can have muscles and be skinny and you'll still be called skinny. In terms of build, Ky is slightly above Buri.

    Why doesn't anyone do IAD SW combos? Recently I saw a match of Sol vs Potemkin in which Sol does IAD SW from WT. Damage not worth it? And/or easy to mess up on?

    Well you can keep P and K the same if you want... Yes. 2HS>GV does work on crouchers.

    Hmm.... Pad players only: *practice by combing into Grand Viper first.* I would say it's better to do it arcade layout on pad like so: /\ S HS(R1) [] K D(R2) X P That way you can hit S&HS easier. Kinda like typing. You don't have to do it since I haven't change my controls until a few months ago. -Right after you input GV, place your thumb over the pad horizontally so that you can feel left and right at the same time. -When Sol is doing GV mash left and right with your thumb and S&HS. Mash at a moderate speed. You should be able to feel both left and right with a very little gap in between. Standard 10 GV combo i.e 5/2K>5/2HS>5/2S>5/2HS>GV -Stop mashing at 7/8 hits. Beat counter of course. -11 hit Grand Viper combo 5K>5S>5HS>GV etc.. Pretty much you're mashing longer now because of the extra hit. -Stop mashing at 9/10 hits. *9 hit Grand Viper combo CH 2S, 5/2HS>GV -Stop mashing at hit 7/8 hits. The more hits before the GV is the more you mash. That's what I do.... Works for me.

    Yet Ky stills wears his Holy Order uniform(which is WORSE than Sol's*awesome*) and is still poor. Stop collecting teacups Ky. It's making you poor... Bet money he didn't end up being a king because he was some great leader either.(Killed the former king and blamed it on Sol no doubt...) Why Dizzy Kiske... I didn't know you thought like that?     What? Hitting 8 is easy on pad. Been doing it since XX. I mash fast at the beginning and ease up before the end. Works for me.

    WUT?! Ky is an abomination of man. How can he have knee caps that are bigger than his biceps? No wonder Sol holds back on him when they fight.     I was joking about the jump in thing. Ignore that. You guys are sure about the 5HS info? I remember landing CH Fafnir against CPU Sol after blocking 5HS. Maybe he was trying to cancel into something... I hating fighting Sol though. He's damn annoying.

    5HS on normal block can be punished for a free CH Fafnir... And Sol's best jump in is nullified by Sol himself...VV. WTF.

    I-no's 2D isn't JCable. Which means that you have to wait for her to recover unless you try to do HCL FRC UF.

    A little tidbit about that. Air SV beats FB Puffball. So more correctly, if you're gonna do a FB Puffball while Order-Sol is in the air, do it if he tries to attack with his air normals. A Jam player has tried knocking me out of the air using FB PB and then he ate a SV. I doubt too many HOS players can do an air SV on reaction though... There's serious risk involved.
