There was one vid I saw off Deadman's Hand, and from what I saw I didn't really get the point. Eddie transforms into a hand and slowly and awkward flops onto the ground, it really looks way to easy to avoid unless it's like, invicible or something.

In the new it says you can grab bursts for the 1.02 patch. You think this'll give a little more utility to Ino's command grab?

I get slayed by Slayer (and everyone, really) at my local's weekly get together, so I'm used to it, lol. I came to the sad realization that even if Anji (the character who has been my main dude for years) was in Xrd, my chances of success wouldn't go up by that much, lol. Still, it's fun to imagine YRC butterfly... -
Is this strat still possible in +R? I know it's been a long time from this post til now but jeezus Chipp is freaking annoying. A guy at my local scene uses him and wow I have no idea how to combat this character in +R at all, especially Genrozan (although alot of the earlier strats discussed here are very helpful).

Lol, this game is just making Slayer seem cooler and cooler then he already is. Isn't he saying something along the lines of, "Oh, is my glorious beard in danger? Oh nevermind, the danger has passed," during May's IK or something? I remember a brief translation of that as well. Now his ultimate nightmare is ending up in the doghouse. Too good. -
Well, it seems to recover extremely fast, if that's something.

Ohhhhhh gawwwwwwwwwwwwwd.... that Ogawa footage is just what I needed. So great, so freakin' awesome. Is it just me, or does Eddie get blown up a lot more now then I've ever seen before? Still, it was great to see Ogawa back in the saddle, bringing the BEAST back to Guilty Gear. I freaking love this character. Which is weird because I don't know how to play him at all, lol. I just could never get used to releasing a button to make a move come out. -

Yeah, it was said at a loketest they were. Well, I remember someone saying his one attack, the bodyBedpress move hit overhead, but it's deja-vu version hits mid. I guess they thought that would be too easy otherwise, lol.

I wonder which of his normals make Bedman stab his arms under the ground and make them spring up under the opponent's feet? I've seen it come out in multiple locations, Invite Hell style. Pretty sure it's a normal because I swore I saw Bedman cancel into his projectile when his opponent blocked it. I also wonder how useful Hemi Jack (boogieman overdrive) is going to be long term. I haven't heard any follow up info since the loketests.

I also want to try out Junpei, but mostly for Bropei Install. Unless Adachi gets confirmed for consoles... then I can see Stupei hittin' the backburner, lol.

Yikes, now that I am not sure of. Of all the Xrd footage, I have only seen one Zato use Shadow Gallery, and he RC'd it during the initial hit in (an attempt) to do an air juggle. edit- nevermind, I guess I didn't notice Eddie has posts in his forum now! According to the first post of Eddie general/changes: Shadow Gallery (Air 41236S) - 2nd hit now knocks down again, similar to pre-AC - but only at midscreen. - 2nd hit causes wall stick if close to a corner and is techable after the enemy slides down the wall a bit. edit again- err, not Eddie, Zato, sorry. Goddammit. -
Sweet, in fall I can play the "new" and "improved" Elizabeth! Can't wait!

Sorry my bad, I worded that poorly. I meant to say I wish I had watched that stream. I'm going to try an find it, sorry my laptop is the shittiest thing ever. EDIT- http://youtu.be/UkvENUnN83M Sorry I watched it a couple hours ago so I can't remember the exact times he appears, but he's the Zato in red (a badass color by the way. Almost as cool as purple DRANK Eddie). He does some cool stuff in it like using the new Invite Hell puddle Eddie summon thing to harass the opponent from both sides. Still a bit rough but I think he kicks as for a day 3 player and def the best Zats I've seen thus far. -
The beginning of Chipp's theme def sounds the most like Suck a Sage, but that's about it for me(then again, I'll have to listen to it alot more to judge). With that said, I LOVE the new themes they composed for the characters, some even more then the originals. Potemkin's theme is great; it's hard and proud, Millia's is just intense and Slayer's is.... Marvel 2. lol. In a good way. I do think my new fav from what I've heard is Bedman's. As if it starts off like a lullaby then quickly shifts into night slasher epic rock. I should've really expected it, but I didn't, lol.

No I haven't, but I wish I did that sounds awesome. Do you know who the player was? Maybe Ain or Machaboo, maybe? Unrelated, but I saw an hour of some good play with a sick-ass Eddie player in red. He was doing some cool stuff. -
