Yeah I'm trying to wrap my head around a post move RC could benefit your character. But with the added benefit of sloooooooooooooow-motion, anything is possible. I just haven't thought of it yet.

I thought I was crazy. So it was purple. I find it weird there is another RC color that's been in the build. If it's indeed a new RC, I'm super curious as to what its benefits are. Still looks like it takes 50% Tension, so I guess we can rule it out being the cause of the Tension meter being segmented into quarters.

Potemkin's new look definitely caught me off guard, but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Gonna miss the bigass collar, but whatevs lol. I'm really interested in seeing what his new ICPM is about, I'm just picturing Pot flexing which results in a fullscreen explosion.

Forecbreaks n Slashbacks definitely fall into the "don't really care if they come back or not" category for me.

Ehh was kidding, Slashback had it's uses. But yeah, I admit I'm surprised instant block isn't coming back. I had a feeling a lot of the gameplay elements from the 'newer' GG's like Throw teching, Slashbacks, and Forcebreaks wouldn't be back, I for sure thought IBing and FRC's would've.

Just give Potemkin a new move called Slashback, since he was the only character to use it. But yeah, this new and hip Roman Cancel sounds...strange. Not in a bad way, I just can't picture it. Can't wait for hands on next week to see if its something to get hyped about/worried about.

It's only monday and I want the week to be over. I wonder if they'll talk about Xrd in those weekly Japanese magazines? Eh I dunno. The event could be a strict no cameras event with only Ky n Sol playable and I'll still be excited just for feedback.

If Xrd incorporated a quick get up/ukemi and a slightly slower, "button" input style grab kinda like P4A, how much do you think it would change the "flow" of Guilty Gear? I've been pondering that question to myself a bit and I was wondering what some actual skilled players thought on the matter. If Xrd were to incorporate those things, would you be worried, excited or not really care? Keep in mind I don't mean tech rolls like BlazBlue when I say ukemi, and by slower grabs I mean like Persona's speed, oppose to the what, 1 frame grabs of past GG's.

I dunno, I kinda like the top characters where they are right now, I don't want to see the likes of Morrigan, Vergil and Doom get nerfed. If anything, they should just make the mid/low tier guys cheaper/more unfair.

I'm getting the sneaking suspicion Jolyne is going to be a trap/setup/yomi/oki monster.Really want to use her now. Can't wait for Hermes' turn to get some action.
