Going to next level is like buying a few games for me. I would if I could but it's a few long rides in. People seem to give up easy because they don't like planning their games like college careers. This game is hard. It's been a few days - I'm practicing basic hopping and junk, but I don't get it. I can't hit confrim anything if I can't land anything or can't stop being hit. A bit of both, I had a lot of people just dump me after finding I wasn't good. One guy just alternated overhead and low on Leona because it's probably plus on block and I couldn't react to it to block both hits while he mixed it up. Troll me with it until he threw me out. Like, three other players did something similar to dropping a match at their third character. I'm really upset, but I'm also really sleepy. I just wanted to learn a little today by doing. I learn by playing, and while I just have to keep getting trolled until I understand what to do, but this game is so thumb-grindingly hard, so unforgiving and uninviting to new players, and top it off with a bad netplay experience with players that don't want to play...It's just not fun at all. It's a single player game. Don't get into this game. Don't play this game with others (not that you can - netplay is garbage and only veterans players would play this locally)

Chun (ground and stick) is a bad habit - I've been working on it but damn if it doesn't catch a lot of people. Especially since I play jam and downwards airdash 214K is godlike. I do All green and run-up DPs by choice - that's easy to fix.

I get what you mean. Since this is serious business, I think you should explain to me why Litchi is as easy as Ken Flowcharts. Obviously I don't understand the character or game enough to see it, so something as ridiculous-sounding as Litchi Flowcharts should at least be explained, already posted, else a sign should be hung on the door that says "championship players only". Thesse championship players admitting that they are no better than Flowchart Kens like Yours Truly. Seriously? That is to say - You've just been insulted and told your character should be flowchart ken - how serious do you take this?

I will admit that I do well by watching combined with helpful commentary. I don't usually watch enough because I'd rather play. After last night vs Demboss, I feel rushy and scrubbish on Bang - like I don't know what my game plan really is other than in and out using nails and double airdash, jumpin, and try do do long combos. I still don't understand why 6C never hits after hitting 5 and 2B when they are standing. Do they crouch mid combo? can't be only on block...I hit them while they were standing.

I've finished the first 5 challenge combos - I've been working a lot on 7 and 10 and doing a lot better. The real cool thing is you can piece some sections together, I just never realized until I was actually able to do a few in a match offline. It's a work in progress, though. I've always been way more focused on being able to move around, defend myself, and know wen to attack, since Most of the time, even though I can pull off say Challenge 7, I need to be able to do that versus a human player in a netplay environment. I'm working on remembering what gatlings into what. Someone told me to use more 6A and 6B after 5B, so I'm working on using them more. It's hard going from offline and online casuals to the next level...people actually know how to deal with silly and stupid stuff and just don't put up with it. You can't just "figure it out" and dawdle along until you win and consider yourself done.
