I'm going to have to play and stream later. I can't seem to update Xsplit and getting Flash media live encoder to work is a new thing for me. I'm gonna need a spicy chicken sammich in a few.

My win rate is probably like 3 or 4%. I don't playa ranked. Anyone up for playing in a bit?

Impractical does not mean useless! LK just won a match using shenanigans usually associated with me.

What you wanna do is always chill out and give yourself the space to use that glorious input buffer. The rest I don't land many of the ones that'd be perfectly good punishes is because I'm not chill. PS: I love how this move is getting some recognition. :P WHO'S LAUGHING NOW?

I've been playing with gatlings a lot lately. Nothing in muscle memory, yet. If so, just barely. Yeah that stuff. What happens when it whiffs? I hate using A because I always whiff. I never hit with 6A. I try not to use it unless I know it will hit. I'll try ot 6B and 5D though, that sound like a good start if it at least connects. I seem to have a general sense of timing. You can see that in my jumpins. Maybe I should try to harness that. If Litchi could stomp on her stick like a tatami I'd have NO more problems with this game. :P

That's the plan, but as you can see in videos, I still can't do basic things even after a hardcore spring break. Did you know I didn't talk to anyone all break? That's hardcore. It's going to be a while. Now *I* think I'm being really negative. "I know how to beat him, I understand" *DansGame*

Knowing is very different from doing. I'm looking but it's going to take a long while to actually do these without thinking then getting hit (or screwing them up).

Oh, I know what it IS, but I just never get it right, for whatever reason. Maybe I just don't think enough about it while playing. People playing a week know more about my own character that I played since Makoto came out

You need to actually hit someone first to do combos. I never hit anyone! I probably don't know what high low mixup really is, since I don't know how to do High/Low correctly. When I try things like that I usually get blocked or mashed. Sometimes random works, but I don't feel I know what to do, and I don't automaticlly know what will hit. That's why reading a jump is my favorite thing. If I can psychically command them to jump I got combos (or a heat fist)

I liked this match because I had Jyosua afraid of the stick, and watching it again, I think I have a better idea how to sneak in guard points without blowing myself up. I need to figure out corner situations better, though. I also dropped my combos a lot, which sucks since I practiced a lot these two weeks. What is with this music and me winning? Now, this one revealed something when I combine it with yesterday's offline matches. I have an idea of how to make someone jump or try to get out. I should try it more, and be aware of it.

Okay, so, I'm finding that I will get someone to corner often and then not know what to do that will hit next. It's hard for me to describe, but I'll post some vids of it. I'm finding a lot is not knowing what to do, and I make something up and mess up hard just so I don't end up doing nothing. I need to have something for: Opponent cornered, I'm in the rape position, Have stick Opponent cornered, I'm in rape position, stick was ReachB to corner. Opponent to corner, I'm going in. Stick was reachB to corner. Opponent to corner, I'm going in. Stick unknown. I forgot what state ReachB puts stick in. If I remembered that, I could make better calls.

Hellmonkey Nerina feel free to edit. :P ** Moving, Normals and Specials: 6P: Very useful for getting past Ky's projectiles. Surprises the hell out of them. Also remember that it stops you dead in some situtaions. **RESERVED** Counters: Sakura: Works alright - hide it well and maybe understand what you can DO with Sakura - both on Block, hit, and FRCed. Ouren: Ouren is pretty safe. As always, know how to use it and don't abuse this privilege or else you might get surprised. Youshijin: Nothing you don't already know about this move. Know how to use it. Mawarikomi: Risky, as always, but it can definitely help. Baku: **RESERVED** Getting out: **RESERVED** Getting in: **RESERVED** On Knockdown: 1. Drop a tatami on his head. 2. **RESERVED** 3. **RESERVED** Remember: Ky only LOOKS like he's scrubbing. The Air is dangerous, so make sure you know how to block in air. Playing passive-aggressively seems to work best. Problems: His normals and specials are both very good and reward him well. If anyone has anything to add or say, please do!
