CP questions are kind of pointless now that the game is only a week away, but I think this one is pretty easy to answer since there's not really any testing to be done; Do you guys think Hirensou > Musou D is worth it? Pretty much every jap does it when they have 50 meter and it obviously gives you an advantage over a raw DP D, but is it really that good of a payoff for that amount of meter? Personally, I'd probably not even consider it on most occasions if I hadn't seen any good players do it beforehand, especially with the new meter gain nerf and Jin being more meter dependent than ever. Thoughts?

Oops, didn't read your post carefully enough. The custom rates are different for each country and they mostly depend on price and product category. You must obviously look into Germany's criteria for managing imported items first, but you should get it for free since it's a videogame in a small package and it costs about 50€, unless you bought LE or something. Everything else is up to the employer's mood when inspecting your item over here; I've heard about expensive electronics coming through with minimal to no fees, and cheaper silly shit with customs equal to half their price. Digital version costs 6800yen, which is also about 50€. Thing is, you'll have to get jpsn cards first and they are pretty pricey; in the end you might end up paying 10-20€ extra because of this. If you're splitting it with a friend it's definitely worth it though, since you're getting the game day one and about 20 euros cheaper; that's how much I shaved off by gamesharing and buying the cards via Xie over here. His prices are better than most of the online stores you'll find.

Terumi's not just a preorder bonus anymore though, more like first print bonus. So if they'll be nice enough to include him in the digital version as well for a limited time, he should get him for free. By the way, regarding the digital preorder, does it even exist? I just logged in psn and I can't seem to find anything CP related but the NAX samples. It'll only be available sometime on the 24th?

His movement might be the most basic, but he's fast as heck. Like, FAST. To my eyes, it seems that both his run dash and jump might be the fastest in the game. Combine that with possible RC stuff, and he might easily turn into a powerhouse. They might also have taken he csex Ragna route and he'll shit out damage easily as long as he has 50 meter for RC/super, we all know how just a damage buff can push a character up in the tiers. Not that Ragna necessarily needed meter in ex, maybe something more like an ex Ragna/Hazama combo of a character. My biggest concern about picking up Terumi is how long it'll take me to stop pressing D and expecting a chain to come out. I make silly shit like this once in a while when I'm changing between characters often in a set, but I think it'll be stronger with Terumi for obvious reasons

You're not taking into account the overpriced jpsn cards. I can get retail for less than 50€, which is about 65USD. For the digital version the price goes up to over 70€, by buying a 5k yen card from playasia and two 1k ones from japan-codes (the cheapest combination I could find). This translates to a little over 35€ for each of us which is cool, but if you add A THIRD 1k card for Terumi, the price goes 10-15€ up which almost reaches the initial retail price. The other guy doesn't care about him so splitting the dlc is out of the question. I think this makes it obvious why I'm so concerned about Terumi being free. On another note, do online statistics (drive cards etc) carry over between different regions of the game? They probably don't, but since netplay is region free I don't see why they shouldn't.

I can save a lot of money by getting the digital version via a certain method, however if I have to buy extra jpsn cards for Terumi then it's definitely more beneficial to get retail. What would you do if you were in my shoes? I obviously have some time to wait for any news regarding Terumi's availability in the digital version, but there are some current retail preorder discounts I don't want to miss on in the case he's not free, plus there's this other guy who's waiting for me to confirm if we'll both buy retail or share the downloaded version. Shouldn't they have already released info like this? Is there a place I could go check daily or something for any updates? After watching this video, here's what I got on Terumi. 5D: ~15 meter on hit, ~5 on block 2D: ~25 meter on hit, ~7 on block Multi-hit special: ~30 meter on hit Command throw: ~35 meter 2B > 5CC > 5D > special nets ~44 meter and 1749K damage. It seems like Ds ARE affected by meter gain deterioration, since in the above combo 5D got him 13 meter and the special 23. Not a big difference, but the combo is really short and off a decent starter.
