Hey, glad I checked in! It is actually not this week or next week, but it will resume being a weekly event once UFGT8 is done. If you're looking to schedule the next meet-up for the week following UFGT it should be a green light.

UFGT is the last weekend of the month, would probably be beneficial to do it the first one of June

Saturday the 7th is my birthday, I'm assuming I'll be well knocked out of all the other games I've entered by then, I'd love to get some BB in. Mark me down, 'BGCallisto'.

I believe it should still be going next week, especially if turnout is good tonight, which it appears to be so far. I'll post during the week to confirm that it's going on as soon as I know for sure.

I broke down and dropped $1k, I now have a new TV, a new PS3, and the girlfriend equivalent of a tail-up rattlesnake. Going to unload the copy of CS when it gets in and get myself CSE/SF4AE.

I've stopped playing all of the other games I signed up for at UFGT so I can focus solely on DiveKick. Hope you guys are ready to get your lunch money taken.

We might have salvaged it, they're going to give a few more weeks to see if things pick up after school finals are done. also scratch me getting CSE on PS3, apparently I'm an idiot and I ordered plain CS. Maybe gamestop will have it for cheap...

Welp got some bad news, we've had some pretty rough attendance at Nickel recently so I guess it's only going to be a once-a-month deal for the actual tourneys. Shin, I have Amar's email, at some point maybe we can get with him and see if we can still get the room once a month for this as well, if coinciding these meetups with the schedule for the normal nights doesn't work out. edit: upside is I just ordered BB:CSE for PS3, only $9 off GameFly with a coupon I had

Yeah GGs indeed, we seemed pretty well matched. I'll see if I can find a cheap version of CSE on PS3 soon. The upside to noone showing up was being able to just play straight through for a few hours!

Just me and Enigmos tonight, but don't feel bad, tonight is absolutely dead all around. We only had about 10 people total show up across all games.

Eh of nothing what it's still another potential venue of chat, and also a good way to keep up on events that might be worth your time to commute to.

yoooooo Of course I'm here plugging Nickel, so we'll gloss over that, BB on stream for you guys and maybe switching to Skullgirls after a bit(I'm sure there'll be other of setups of SG around as well). If you've got a setup, bring it with, we've always got room! Just a head's up, no Nickel City tonight, looks like it was canceled due to expecting a super-low turnout with ACEN and all. Hopefully anyone who was going to head out catches this before they go!

If we have 8+ I'll run a $3 bracket if people would like.

Skullgirls added for Saturday! Venue opens at 6, signups start at 6:45. AE/MK9 starts at 7:30, SFxTK/KOFXIII at 8:45, UMvC3/Skullgirls at 10. All games are $10 entry, except for Skullgirls which will be $5. And yes, we know re: the lateness, unfortunately it's the best we can do with the time restrictions of the venue. Hope to see you guys out there!

Filia + Valentine so far! Don't forget, Windy City Showdown Prime #2 is this Saturday at Nickel City, I'm pushing hard to have Skullgirls ran, I'm fairly confident it'll happen. Starts at 76pm, try to be on time as signups will begin and end pretty promptly!

On a scale from 1-10, I'd rate Skullgirls as an OH MY FUCKING GOD HOW IS THIS GAME SOOOOOOOOOO GOOOD This will definitely be on my box Saturday, come on out to NC!
