  1. For all I care, I would be fine with that instant-no-damage 6D from CT. Gotta love how Mori says "we're trying to get rid of useless moves" and then nerfs 6D so hard it is probably the least used move in the entire game. >_>
  2. I think I'll worry about that later, when I actually can make a combo. ._. Because the only combo I can do right now is 5A 5B 5C 236B, I tend of keep 236B instead of 236C even i GA.
  3. I'm sorry, obviously I meant 236B. >_< I wonder if it is important to hit with Astraea a soon as possible after Beta? Or is it just me being slow doing Mirage after Astraea? Probably the latter. ._.

  5. I'm back to the forums. I had some secret arcade stick training back home in Europe so I play better on stick than I do on a d-pad now, but I can't seem to connect GA 623B > 6D > 214B > 5A. Am I just bad or is there a trick involved? (´・ω・`) Regarding Trans-Am, I think they attack when you press an attack button. I could check the next time I play though.

  8. As they have said that you can combo of 6D without OD, I wonder what do you do? Step 2B? Gurren? IAD J2C? The one time I used during the loketest it felt like the time was severely cut compared to extend.
  9. Wasn't it 17F? 6D has got 80 P2 which is the best of the counters yes. By the way, how do you follow up 6D?
  10. Don't know about the I-move-a-quarter-of-the-screen-forward-anti-air, but 10-21 is rather okay. By the way, have anyone figured out 6A yet? I was referring to while the heat gain was nerfed generally, they rather buffed Hakumen's beyond ridiculous. And by the way, Hakumen got 10000 heat as everybody else, but it is divided into 1250-segments.
  11. Like I said, I like her specials. Whatever specials she has, I dislike the fact she has no anti-air normal. I'm not saying that she's bad in anyway, just that I prefer having at least one normal that is directed upwards. The 623-motion would add at least 3F to start-up afaik. That is if you're godlike. For me it's probably about 9F~12F extra start-up. Except for Hakumen
  12. Foremost I miss an anti-air (or anything that attacks upwards). It's been a while since I played now but, 5B did feel slow. And 2A, 2B, 2C and 3C all felt relatively short ranged (compared to Haku or Hazama 3C). I wonder if I will ever be able to hitconfirm anything in CP. : P
  13. I love Yukikaze. Both Hakumens super attack and the anime character. I also thought that Yukikaze anime was quite interesting. Also has a nice meaning. ⇒ The reasons I made it my Nesica name Obviously it was OD JD > land Gurren I was referring to. And I just realized I had no idea what the start-up for Gurren was, and when I looked it up now... well, let's just say I was wrong. XD Gonna say though, I gotta test if you can put Renka in, just for show. I lol'd

  15. While I truly thought that Hakumen would turn out shit and ranted about that too, I ranted much more about J2A and the changes to Zanshin. I have beaten arcade mode with Hakumen (which I have so far have failed to do with Izayoi), so I won't argue he is weak. Hell, everything except J2A and 6D seems awesome. Izayoi is certainly the best looking girl to my taste, and I do like her specials. What I don't like so much are her normals and the fact there are no cheap damage.

If I remember correctly, with PSR you got like four times as much for winning as you lost for losing, so even with a low winrate having 1000 matches probably ranks you higher than having a better winrate with only 100 matches. That said, I never played much online, neither have I played much CP. So I could be completely wrong. "Ukemi" is often used in judo etc, where it usually gets translated as "falling techniques", hence "(falling) tech(niques)".

  18. Maybe they made the hurtbox even smaller? I think he is talking about the fact the 2D is the only counter which is slow enough to grab the opponent after the burst. If you use 5D, 6D or JD they will still be invincible when the grab comes, while the grab of 2D being a couple of F slower will succesfully catch them.
  19. Yes, there is nothing special about 236A. 236D on the other hand spawns four swords on hit/block.
  20. Didn't it have a much better P1 as well? If it is jump cancel it is pretty safe even on block... well certainly safer than -19F at least.

  22. Never noticed 5C changed, because it is really no difference between 5A>5B>5C>236C in either mode. I never make it to the jump combos anyways, so it's no surprise I have no idea about JC. Oh, you can whiff cancel into D mira? I didn't know that, I thought you were just talkinga bout 6D. blocked 6D > 214C shouldn't that be quite safe?
  23. Precisily. How often are the opponent in the air, tries to attack you and gets caught by a 19F move? Wouldn't 19F be way to slow to work against jump mix-ups on wake-up? Like hipikachu said, I think it can be used to punish a blocked ID. That and Hazama trying to escape by chain in the corner. By the way, have anyone confirmed or denied that Zanshin Emma is jump cancelable on block?
  24. This. T_T 5C is unchanged, no? (JC too?) Only 6D, right? But this is really good. Shouldn't it be pretty safe too, on block? I have yet to watch much match replays, so which match-ups are looking good and bad for Izayoi?
  25. Like I said in the original post, I think Zanshin Emma is kind of silly. Isn't Renka just 1F slower than 2B? If 2B works, I think we can be fairly sure that Renka works. 5C is another 5F so that is in the grey zone. Though, how often do one get airCH TK Tsubaki?
