Just curious, but does anyone know if CT are air unblockable? I haven't seen all of them to know rather they attack high enough to matter.

Don't purple throw man. I used to do that when I was a lesser player. I learned from that. It was a cheap gimmick that worked in the past, because often times I could do j.2DD > 214D. As time went on I realized, I could set up oki, do j.B overhead or a 2b low, and it allowed me to reset the oki or go into a bigger combo. A purple throw couldn't do that. Remember kids, purple throws are like purple pills. Don't do it more than once.

Odd, that sounds like me. Litchi's mix-up is engraved into my mind...until she does daishirinfreeokiwtf and I cry. I cry because I know I will never escape the corner into the land that was promised me. On that note about Jins, yeah he does that ice blade j.C stuff a lot. Doesn't do j.C an incredible amount against Lambda, but it's good to use if he knows she's going to air back dash, and he'll catch her quite easily. It's happened to me many times and still does to this day.

I kind of like the Act Parser in the air thing. Sounds like it could make combos interesting, though I doubt it'll let you reset drives. It seems weird that they brought back her teleport 44 and 66 though. I kind of thought that was one of the reasons she was broke back in CT. But it seems here damage probably isn't as stellar compared to then. I can't wait to see her gameplay in the next few days. Nu sounds really fun this time around. FC properties to supra seems pretty interesting to me. If it launches fairly high and can be used as a DP, it should work the same as doing 4B CH in the corner, where you can cross under and combo the opponent in the corner. Though that's also assuming supra has the same untech time when it fatals. It's probably safe to assume a drive air combo ender could be the best option when it comes to comboing from it.

I guess we shall never see DAT ASS whenever Mu does her astral. But I do like this one more.

I much prefer the relationship between Arakune, Bang, and Litchi. There's something special between those three.

That's okay. But mean, landing a FC from a cross up means you mashed instead of at least attempting to react to it. Or punishing it for that matter. Once I figure out how to react to Carl's cross over, I'll get back to you on that. CT ending, Nu did get inside him. That ponytail blade did things I would rather not say for fear of corrupting young minds.

That just seems weird to me. Phase shift just sounds much more appropriate, since that's actually what happens. But if it's Face Life, or Rift Face, I'll still probably end up calling it phase shift cuz it sounds cooler.

If you get hit by a cross up D divider FC, I think you kind of deserve it. Then again, it's a pretty good tactic to use against mashers. For Ragna's air sickle thing, I assume you can just air throw him out of it. Also, is that JC > 5B > jC thing with Haz the new bnb for him? Going back to his CS1 roots.

A wild HexaNoid appears! Anyways, the only footage I've seen was that vid of Nu arcade and bits of her on a stream, which was also arcade. The start-up on phase shift seems pretty quick, so she can probably do something like 5DD > 236B > phase shift > sickle storm D~C. Remember that one hits from behind and it hits low from what I remember. Seems like a tricky set-up if you have meter and can pick them up with 5DD or something. I wonder if it's okay to talk about things I have no concrete evidence about.

I call shenanigans on that last match. Who would have thought, not blocking Mitsuru's oki set-up, somehow 5B full charged didn't happen in time for you to slip out Aigis spear super. Either way, it seemed like our matches were one of us destroying the other so a close one was pretty awesome I felt like I was trolling that one round where you were near dead and low on orgia and I kept walking back and doing coup droit. GGs to VR and Fable as well. Yu and Yosuke are such annoying characters, but I don't dislike playing them, since they're forced to play Mitsuru :P

It's possible off a raw Cavalier if you land it as a counter. But I don't know how often that happens lol.

If 3C floats it could also be possible for her supra kick thing to hit or if she's in Lambda mode, 236C might connect leading into pretty decent damage. It's speculation though haha. And perhaps something fun I've been thinking about. Yeah. I did get to see Mu arcade mode last night in that stream. Mu looks pretty beast now. I like her OD. And she has some new kinda kick move like Nu, couldn't tell really. I hope the Nu footage gets uploaded quick to youtube though, I'll need to make a playlist for it like I did for Mitsuru.

I need to get back into the swing of things myself. Hoping to find some good games later on today. I've been so used to the rushdown nature of Mitsuru, I think I might be inclined to do just that with Lambda. And rushdown Lambda is mad fun.

Yeah, I watched some arcade mode stream and saw that she was boss status compared to the other characters. I suppose that auto-regen meter was the same as well. I just didn't think she was unlimited because I didn't see the dual swords whenever she used drive. Either way, it looks like we'll have to wait a week until we see some legit play. I hope some of the top Lambda users come out to play her day one, we'll get some interesting footage there. I haven't played BB in awhile, so I'll probably do so in order at least in order to remember some of the harder combos. It will be interesting to see if Nu Supra can follow up into something like 2DD > 6DD > crescent saber. It raises the opponent quite high so it could be a worthy combo extender. It might be a replacement for 236C during a combo, if you're in Nu mode but still want to do sizable damage. Though I think my main question for now is rather 5C[8] will be optimal or 5C[1] for combos. I kinda miss just using all the 5C hits. Oh and also, what her FCs are, that would be good to know.

Ah, that new kick move she does was used in a combo I saw. It was a blue beat, but I'm guessing there are some ways to use it effectively.

I was looking at the Nu footage and noticed that her sickle storm in Nu mode has pretty far knockback. I'm curious if it can be followed up with 4DD or some special cancel. Looks cool. I'm liking the variety of this new Nu now. edit: I wonder if that upper swing kick she did here is some form of DP, or is it a new anti-air. Looks kind of out of place. edit: It looks like her OD lasts at least 13-15 seconds at full life. Not sure if that's really good compared to other characters or not. Then again, I was never especially fond of Unlimited Nu's drives lol. edit: I didn't notice this the first time, but it looks like Nu passively gains meter. Not sure if the Nu in that video is Unlimited or something crazy though.

The best was when she did an air throw against Ragna. She would say "Dodge it!" in such a cute manner. Also, not sure if this is a spoiler or not, but I have a feeling that Nu will die again. Call it a hunch

And when I'm feeling really naughty I pick Black Onslaught on Arakune stage. That setting makes me feel like a mad scientist, thus I always wear a lab coat, gel my hair anime-style, and laugh manically every time I play it.

That's why everyone should choose Active Angel and Platinum stage, it's the best. Every time I play on that stage, I feel like I am going to transform into a mahou shoujo.
