Ky has shorter range than you do and 236K goes under his projectiles. Yeah if you're cornered you just have to block well but in neutral it's not that bad. Also, 2H is a pretty slow antiair, if he has time to 2H you you're utilizing the air approch wrong. 6P is what's actually dangerous and difficult to deal with. You can try using air voltic dein to call out these AAs though. In the end it's all about having the superior neutral and confirming pokes right. Same with Faust. You can 236k under Faust far S if you are getting outpoked and you can DP his instant overheads since they tend to be close range ones. -

You can also do RC>stuff or supers, that's about it. -

Thing is, if you're not in that tight spacing that would allow a dash jP or a 5H to connect, the j214S won't connect off of the jD either, so if the j214S DOES connect, take it as a sign that you can do the combo. If you're failing it you're likely overestimating the recovery of j214S and are taking too long to dash after you do it. -

No his DP is like, super duper really unsafe and even it's max range is tiny. Mash H max range is huge and the move is a little negative but range makes it so that if people are far enough they'll still get poked by a disjointed hitbox far S if they try to run in and press buttons. Unless it's something super specific like an Elphelt sniper shot or a Zato drill or something, it should be safe on hit from any reasonable distance. -

Huh? What? No that sounds...maybe vs Chipp or something...no it still sounds nuts lol. Maybe it was an early build? I've not gotten punished with that thing on block (trying to ghetto frame trap people) much less on hit. I guess it *may* be punishable on hit if you do it like, point blank, but you shouldn't be doing THAT. XD -
Well, in the case of CP that is true but...what bout UNIEL? I think he has a point in a way.

This is just like the other extend. I don't see them doing a dlc update thing in the vein of SF. Especially since they list new story-content in the reveal. Honestly, anyone who expected anything different were not being realistic, no offense.

While it feels odd that there's no console opening, the game is already visually amazing enough in the storymode that I forgive it. -

Maybe make it like a round-table of sorts with all the tables/setups in the center of the room and the seats for the players around them along the walls. The issue would be the distance between the monitors/consoles and the power outlets but if we can work around that it'd be nice I believe. -

DT is either of 3 cases: -MASH DPDPDPDPDPDPD -MASH 2/5PPPPPPP -block for 10 seconds Either of those is not particularly fun, I mean yeah when you land a hit it's fun but when you get hit it feels not legit and most people just burst right away which in most cases again results in people blocking for the remainder of the time, full screen away from eachother. -

Opening people up is tricky with Sin, you wanna do fuzzies with jH into jD/2k/grab or runup rising jD. Most of your damage WILL come through poking and hitconfirming from half screen, though. Make sure you are used to rcing a max range 236H into 6H confirms. -

Do challenge mode with all the characters. By the time you clear 300 total challenges you should have him and most of them are super easy. (also has a side-benefit of actually teaching you stuff about how to play the game and isn't just a brainless grind with no value to it beyond the points) -

If it's that difficult to recreate when you have the same conditions, it is something that is by definition "not scientifically proven" since if something is scientifically true it would happen every single time if the conditions are met. That being the case, it's not something to worry about. Games underpeform once in a while. It's not a big flaw or issue or problem, it just a thing that happens when technology made by imperfect beings (humans) is being used. Nothing to make a fuss about really. This doesn't actually affect anything and talking about it to this extent just gives people an excuse to de-legitimize legitimate matches so putting this much focus on it feels counter-productive. It's not like the people who'd complain about the ps3 version do nuance, you know. -

Blitz shield uses meter so unless you perfectly know the timing to something you don't wanna bet your meter for an option that could get you punished heavily. -

My local tourney scene is all-ps3 since this way people can use their sticks. The game performs fine. There are no issues whatsoever. -
You can special cancel all of his specials (except for the mash H one) into all of his supers so off of a rising overhead you can just do j214S>(J236H>)RTL/VOLTIC DEIN

If you wanna go for a go to punisher, 6H is what you want. More damage, can be done from further away and also gives you clean hit on 623S. -

Regarding Sin oki, using his aimable 214K to meaty fuzzy crossup jumpins seems the way to go. You can go into this midscreen off of a combo ending in clean hit 214S>food>214K. jH is also a nice meaty tool since you can get the third hit to whiff and then instantly grab someone. -

Special cancels cost 2k and specials themselves 1k I believe, though similar to how you don't use food for the vault special when you cancel into them, it seems you don't use food for the supers either. Basically, cancels only into calorie-consuming-specials actually consume calories. In other words, Sin be awesome. Also, I found out if you rc a move which would put you in the starving animation you will avoid entering the starving animation entirely. Finally, you can combo into Voltic Dein after 236[H] in the corner, it's not useful but it's awesome since I love that move. :D -

It's just clean hits like those of the past. They just don't say "clean hit" in the ingame text when you do it any more. You hit with a certain part of your move and in so doing gain better damage/hitstun propertied for it allowing unique clean-hit-only combo routes to be possible.
