aren't you just saying to hit her during start-up? sorry to nitpick, but it sounds "too obvious", so i'm assuming you're trying to say something that i don't quite get. (i.e. could you perhaps explain more, maybe use an example, etc.) villainizzle, don't forget the advice given to you when you started the thread, too.

it's all about minimizing risk/damage, so whatever you're comfortable with, just go ahead and do it, and ignore the rest of us. no need to make a smart-aleck out of yourself. destin: i think the spit hits first, i remember looking at a few recordings of it, and it always seemed that the spit hit first. as for the reason, i don't remember exactly, but i think it's because projectiles take priority when two attacks would otherwise hit simultaneously. (but i'm not sure >_>)

my only suggestion would be to add Counter Hit sounds next time, would've really added to it. otherwise gj on the timing and i liked the idea!

short answer is: Stun - (Remaining_Active_Frames + Recovery_Frames) = Static_Difference (SD) Frame data lists SD as the worst possible situation (i.e. you connect on the first active frame). As mentioned previously, if SD < 0, then the attacker is at frame disadvantage; if SD > 0, then the attacker is at frame advantage; and if SD = 0, then it's neutral. And as was also mentioned above, Stun is actually a function of how the attack was blocked (either normal block, IB, FD, or SB), but you can look up how the stun changes here: http://www.dustloop.com/ggac/data/hitstun.html

it appears the champ has already spoken: btw blade, look at the SD of anyone's DAA in the frame data and you'll see that all of them (except Axl's) are negative. that should give you an idea of what attacks you can use to punish the opponent for a blocked/whiffed DAA.

please post in the video discussion thread next time onegaishimasu there is also an arcade in shinjuku called G-PORT Las Vegas (the one by komageki), so that could be an alternate reference... if gibson and yossan play there, that is. but idk about that.

that's on purpose, still a "valid" combo. just wanted to say that although i liked the combo vid for the most part, i find that the screen shake effect is overused. the game already has a screen shake effect built in to certain hits, and although it's nice to give the screen a little wiggle to match the beat of the music at times, it gets pretty annoying after a certain point. oh and the random jumble of flashing combo clips during the part of the song where he screams is really annoying, too @__@ idk, i just find it completely unnecessary.
