  1. be careful that litchi can cancel her Stafless 6A into any other normal or her rekkas on hit or block
  2. what about jump canceling the 3C, then D 66 into J.C?
  3. on the new ko-hatsu videos, I saw litchi returning the mantenbou but without doing the "comeback animation", does anyone know how to do that? Heres the videos: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UelvNcC_s_Q at 3:41
  4. awesome, congrats to Kyaku and his Carl
  5. Autonomous R uptdate (even though its only the a-cho matches)...its so good not to have to look for all carl videos on nicovideo, they all come to us, thanks autonomous
  6. Carl is hard to master. You cant expect people to be "Dio-like" with him so soon, you needs time and devotion to be good with him
  7. well the clap loop itself is a fear factor for everyone whos not named Hakumen/Rachel (with wind stocks), they usually forget carl has tons of mixups just using 6D/Tsuioko no Rhapsody + unblockable setups (some situational but they´re there) thats why you see most players running and hoping to kill nirvana ASAP cuz 1 hit means they´ve got to burst, and another hit means death
  8. ammm the first and third one edit: about the riichi "combo" ...well...its something, im glad they are starting to use them
  9. the litchi player on the a-cho vids was pretty cool, he even did riichi combos and rekka loops in the corner For those who havent seen it: http://www.a-cho.com/ac/achomov.html
  10. I think carl should always aim for the clap trap con rachel, because it oblies her to waste 1 wind stock if they want to avoid damage
  11. yeah, is kinda dumb that you only need to hit him twice and you win. The only problem in that match-up is that bang players tend to setup the bumpers as soon the fight starts. That makes them hard to catch (luckly bang needs to be close to do damage and thats where you want him to be)
  12. specially this one: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=abW1bXw0unM 2nd round is just brutal
  13. sometimes I use Big bang upper super when the opp is low on health and i´ve just done a reset, for a quick kill. Does this super have any other use besides combos?
  14. mmm when you tsubame them dont do shishin right away, do a combo into knockdown and then shishin, its free damage anyways. Try learning throw combos (with itsuu a) overal your litchi is "ok", the ground combos were fine but you need to do longer combos, litchi´s damage output is not that high (when comparing her to ragna or v-13) so you need to maximize your oportunities to do damage. And 1 last thing, try not air dashing too much against Hakumen, he can 6A you or worst counter into combo (which will hurt) but well its online play so I dont blame you for everything, try recording offline fights, play harder, learn more combos and more important have fun
  15. but, if nirvana is not around, you could call nirvana in the middle of the combo (that is, before cantabile) and go for the "623C, 5B, 2]D[, Vivace, 2C, Raise The Roof. " and if 623C just hit them randomly, I guess the best option if nirvana is not there, is just to summon her and cross the opp so that it recovers between you and nirvana
  16. Kyle said this on the combo discussion (you should ask there about combos)
  17. uhhh ok, so this one is mostly mix-ups. Lots of them seemed practical, at least in damage they were pretty good (for litchi anyways)
  18. wow awesome vid, lots of interesting stuff there I liked the 3C [M] IAD C OTG ones, as well as the Riichi ones, very creative
  19. lol very funny indeed. BTW besides Dio what are the other top carl players in japan? (I want to search on nico but dont know their names)
  20. 6A without mantenbou is ok, its cancelable on hit or block and forces the opp to crouch. as shining said, mind games and creativity are the key
  21. whats the best way to go for a clap trap when doing a combo involving Cantabile?
  22. thanks a lot
  23. What do you guys usually do after a throw when youre without mantenbou? (besides the ones in the 1st page)
  24. yes, more exactly, the point where it goes back and hits the opp in the process
  25. I think i´ve seen litchi doing 6A [m], 2b, 2c JC..etc it was in the corner though has anyone tried that?
