  1. Sorry for the noob question but nu was my second in CT and Im planning to use lambda as second as well. I did noticed that gravity had a bar but, does it have other new properties? people seem to use it as a DP so I guess it might have some kind of invincibility? (I spend most of my time playing Litchi...damn she´s hard lol) thanks in advance

  3. I was thinking, if litchi can combo j.b to j.c and again to j.c, couldnt that be a good way of ending staffless air combos? like: anything into JC, j.b j.b JC, j.b, j.c, j.b j.c.

  6. well, if shes gonna become top thats what gonna happen. I dont mind maining a top char anyways (3S yun/MOTW Gato come to my mind lol) , at least we have played litchi since CT and we know how to play her, we have more experience and are more used to her playstyle and combos, thats an advantage.

  8. lets try doing a little summary here before updating the first post. So far we know that: - New drive move 6D [m] a 2 hit attack, moves her forward. The first hit is special cancelable and removes a GP on block. 2nd hit cannot be canceled. Dangerous to throw out randomly. - New drive move 4D [m] a flying kick (sort of) thats an overhead, can be special canceled on hit and block (I think) - Both hits of Itsuu B combo now. (In CT the first needed to be CH) - Staff Litchi can link 2A and 5A to 5B on hit - Ippatsu A is the same as in CT. Ippatsu B is falling Hatsu and Ippatsu B is falling Chun (This one breaks a GP on block) - Ittsu stance can be canceled with D. - Staff set after Tsubame, IttsuB and IttsuA is 5D style as opposed to 2D. - Ippatsu Combos are way easier to do. Breaks 3k damage and leads to knockdown. - IttsuC combo can be done off 3C (not max range) - 6Kote switches style to 5D set. 4Kote switches style to 2D set - Daisharin cannot be comboed into. Activation start up is too long. May have lost start-up invincibility frames as well. The falling hit removes a GP - 3C [m] is special cancelable. Can be canceled even on block. Its not jump cancelable anymore (??) - Shishin is now a 6 hit move as opposed to 4. Its animation is quite different now - Staffless Litchi can now combo 5B>2A. - 6C[m]>IttsuA confirmed. - 6A[m] causes ground bounce on hit, can be followed with 5B[m] or 2C[m] into combo - 6B [m] is jump cancelable on hit (maybe on block) - After midscreen Haku, chun combo, litchi can follow with 5B or 2C - Ryuuisou removes a GP on block - Kokushi musou (13 orphans) removes 1 GP on block (just 1 even if you block the entire super) - Both hits of 6C can be canceled on hit (and on block as well???) - Staffless Litchi can cancel j.C into j.B If there´s something Im missing/wrong just tell me

  10. Falling Chun (ippatsu C I think) removes 1 guard primer on block EDIT: I wanna update the first post but Im unsure if I should leave the info from past loketests or just erase everything and make it a "Final changes thread". Any ideas?

Litchi: Corner- 5B>5C(1)>6D(1)>一通B(can't translate)>2C>6C(1)>後ろ小手 (backhand?)>5C>JB>JC>jcJD> 下りJC>6C>燕(tsubame)>6C confirmed mid screen jC>jD> air dash jC> 6C> tsubame confirmed (dont understand the combo...I suppose you start the combos being staffless, otherwise unless I see a vid I dont know whats that) jD has more recovery (I assume is Staff J.D)
  13. But whats the most damaging meterless combo after a throw? (and the one with meter...for that matter) oh and sometimes it happens that I hit them with spike chaser from far away and I dont have time to dash and 2C etc. Should I just go for 6DD > etc? or is there any combo im missing here?

  15. thats pretty cool, I always want to incorporate Ippatsu combos in CT but as they are distance dependant (midscreen) or in the corner, I find myself doing simpler combos just to get them in the corner and then I can work on Riichi combos.
  16. wow, litchi´s looking really good now, I like how both hits of 6C can be special canceled, I wonder if you can cancel it in the middle, like 6C (1) > Haku, there you have a pretty decent mixup. 1st post updated EDIT: that black costume with purple hair, looks a lot like Jam´s alternative color (dont remember which one, but it was from reload)

  18. yeha but that was like in the 1st or 2nd loketest, maybe they changed it now, at least in the Litchi vs Jin one, seems to leave them stunned for quite a long time

  20. thanks, so only 1 GP for daisharin´s drop. Also, 4D seems to have a lot of hit stun, it "seems" that you can land and continue with the combo, or at least after the kick do a kote and j.C --> combo Also OMG at the hatsu and chun going down, thats definitely jam inspired there lol, now the riichi mixup in the corner is going to become even deadlier than it is now
  21. the first hit of Litchi´s 6D [m] is special cancelable on hit. Also the last hit of Daisharin DD (the falling stick) breaks 1 guard primer. NOTE: Im a bit unsure about daisharin, because in the video, noel was recovering a guard primer (it was flashing) but then she blocked the last hit of daisharin and the flashing primer dissapeared and then she lost another guard primer. So maybe daisharin removes 2 GPs. But im not sure if you block a GP breaker move while you´re recovering one makes the one you´re recovering dissapear or not, if someone can confirm this it will be appreciated
  22. also if you notice in the first video, the falling staff a the end of daisharin removes 2 guard primers on block. Either that or it just removes 1 (the 1st guard primer was recovering from ryuiisou, so maybe if guard primers dont fully recover and you block a guard primer breaker move, that one wont be able to recover and you´ll lose it as well.) edit: Ill update the first post as soon as this loketest ends, so that we can gather (and confirm) all the new info and put it together on monday/tuesday
