I don't think so but he did get placed by many people as high -mid. I actually like that geara lugia doesn't use Ignis. I see it used a lot to dissuade the opponent from hitting Ignis out from moves like val tus, and for oki knockdown. And having another move while Ignis regenerates or low in meter should be helpful. Also I updated my post in the video thread, adding up the recent A-cho 4vs4 tournament with more RYO and osha who is known now as LEO.

The thing is with the 3C>j.C is that it only works on tager, taokaka, arakune lol. But I face a few Tagers regularly offline that it became useful to keep in mind. The range depends on the character hitbox but if you manage j.A then j.C is doable. J.A is usually the way to go, since you can do it on most of the cast and way easier. The only advantage this one has is that you desummon/regen Ignis meter but it'll be more useful in bbcp with gad leis. And me too since bbcp videos my bnbs changed a lot too. Never was a fan of 6B>6C tbh so I mostly avoided it haha.

The combo at 00:53 is something that is missing from my gameplay, I'll have to try it out. I had looked into what he did at ~2:42 a month ago and made this: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7klMnzBYy_k for an example of what you can do off 3C>j.C midscreen. I didn't even know 1:33 was possible in Extend, another thing to try out

gad leis>3C is also a good way to desummon Ignis with j.D when you start running low on Ignis meter. Although you could do a j.A or j.C follow up for a stylish character specific combo after 3C but that's assuming they are still present in bbcp (they should). Or simply do like RYO: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgPe83zDVq8&feature=player_detailpage#t=155 3C>OD to finish the round.
