  1. Hey guys I still contemplating I mainning Hazama. It look fun and interesting but one of the main things I hear about him are is combo are strict and is damage output is low. I think I can tolerate these but I want your view on a player who primarily works on defense play trying to use Hazama. though I like to point out I not the excessive turtle like street fighter but I prefer to be but in defensive situation and look for opening. ( in other words I can't be the one to take the initiative in battle. So I counter this by playing by tactical and risk reward way) Example scenario and habits: Intentional being cornered, intentional combo whiff to provoke improper reversal attempts. Fishing baits. Super primary used for reversal situation. I would like to see how I imply this with hazama and his drive ability. I like his drive because I have hard time dealing with hit confirms so my reactions on follow up is bad. His chain reminds me of arcana hearts Tree elements (236D) vine command. Which in the past was good tool for combos or mid screen punishers. It looks like it can be use for mix up and combo situations which I lack. It also seems that when hazama juggles opponents he can lift them pretty high which I would like to exploit but focusing on air unblockables while on the ground.

  5. So if some one successfully block within certain frames, Instant block is automatic. Well that seems like good move on arksy. Creates a varity of situations. I always felt something was needed for excessive rushdown, just as they have something for excessive defensive players. Sadly some friends of mines think its a bad move, but i don't see why. Is it bad to make rewards player for defending properly, it doesn't harshly penalize rusher, and it now enforces them to modifies rush down to not be linear.
  6. I hear you guys out. How ever this is not my comfort zone so I cant comply. Im person who reads the situation out, im not aggressive unless I know my opponent defensive. I actually like being corners because I feel I can predict a few things better. Through my careers as competitive player, Im known for being able to do well in disadvantage point.   8. Come on guys lets not dread about the port to wii. I'm just glade we it got a port early in the scene. If you want to play the game gotta settle for the wii or look for the arcade. Other wise this game is not going to be ported to any other system. Capcom made this a wii exclusive for economic reason. Im honesty surprise how so many people where upset to hear that the port was wii. This game was base on the wii hard ware so its only natural to port to the wii since it would be easier to develop for.
  9. I Hate beta blade with a passion. the invincibility and broken priority destroyed poke games. Oki game is dangerous around an experience Chipp. Which I-no excels at. I personally find this match up my worst as an I-no player
  10. MY cousin has this insane mixup game with ex ky. When ever tension avaliable he would do ky force breack attack above and on landing do 214S. I think this near unbloackable hence the air trap hits high and the other one hits low. whats worst is that ky gets free knock down on any command with dragon punch extender 214K.
  11. Wow the cast is so nice, if they can just ad Taiger as a joke (joke or not) and maybe even Caster servant then I would be very please. ( I'm more excited about this game than BB, KOFXII...yes I'm crazy)

  13. all right I understand, training mode is for knowing your character and making solid combos only. Well Im going to have and hard time improving since my competition are scrubs in sf.
  14. So you say. Allright. Ultimately I'll do better against good players. But their so little here. The only group of fighter I know are shoto noobs in sf who I still beat. (fools cant even grasp high competitive play)
  15. Play I-no, Tiger knee is mandatory. But really I always played aria fighters so in year I finally master it.
  16. Is it pointless to train against the cpu in training mode at max difficulty? I find them worth sparring as they seem to know how to use the system better. Any other mode the cpu is a joke. Im playing AC+
  17. My words may not be valid since i never been to tournaments or experience top competitive play. But since i deal with my friends abusing what ever they can and reading stuff here. The only reason that makes the top tiers really absurd is their ability to fight effectively with out relying on the tension gauge and only needs 40% of the game schematics unlike the low tiers or mid tiers who rely heavily on the knowing and implementing game schematics.\

  19. character design are not too appealing but maybe because I don't know the setting of the story. Right now its hard to guess but I'm hoping for a present or semi present scenario but only time will tell.
  20. Yeah I don't like to be character dependent. If I cant play with the character I want to than I shouldn't be playing. I do like to win but I like to overcome my characters limits the problem I'm seeing is that the game system works against freeman in most situation. By fighting a really good veteran its really near impossible to get any advantage position against high level play. okay I seen some of the matches but i can see some much fault of the opponents facing freeman, Not to say I can beat them but I seen and played better opponents. But I'm starting to think its kailera, lag is killer and this one thing I'm always notice is the player's I play always do random. I'm really surprise how they can effectively fight well and usually hey would just out beat me with frame trap due to online game play. OK is it possible to combo Marco's ( BUTT) 623c+ab twice and follow up with T.O.P command that whiffs on last hit and juggles opponent for any super? Because this has been happening to me a lot and I cant do them my self. Now im about 85% sure it has to do with the Garou game version Ive been playing online, Ive not seen these type of crazy combo since earlier versions. Even Janet has some crazy combo that she can juggle her opponent with her 236 b or c command. I know their canceling them but the game system doesnt seem to allow it to hit after the first one.
  21. okay im giving up kailera with this game. The shear system seems to hurt Freeman more than compensate for his weakness. I may be a terrible fighter but the game seems to be more of an turn off now that I cant overcome these late comings. I understand Freeman low rank character but I don't understand the developers philosophy of freeman uses . He cant be play aggressively because most of his attack are punishable on guard and HIT?! (looks down on 623 a/c and 214 b/d properties) and the game system really doesn't enforce any defensive play, all one has is guard which can be use to the enemy advantage for frame trap setups. Just defend is the only good block in this game and freeman still cant benefit with it's guard cancel and reversal. I cant fathom how little freeman can implement his arsenal with this system. This game rewards aggressive game play far more than defensive.
  22. admittedly i hate her too. high priority attacks kill but she managable fight off. only Dong and kevin i truly hate with a passion.
  23. Ok now i fee like dropping this game. Its absurd how simply over prioritize commands are. I play a poke style with freeman and its worthless against this play style. you can your opponents all you want but it wont do any good. Meta games cant even be implemented. This games so heavily on just defend that its mandatory for every play style. I cant figure how to deal with such people. Every thing I co to counter only involves a backfire counter. Even upon successful just defends, no counter were quick enough or high priority to beat the other characters. This one player name Mr. Blonde rape me excessfully. Now I know im going to be flam for this since I'm sound like a noob but this seriously stupid how this game physics out right breaks competition with safe commands and zero recovery jump in frame.

  25. Does mame32k kailera support some kind of easy command button? I swear I was playing this rock and he kept doing rising tackle back to back. He was doing so fast that it always skip the landing animation. It out prioritize every counter. The connection was bad and lagging and yet he just def all my attacks. And the heck with rocks stupid crossover? I couldn't hit him at all.
