I did notice it, but I concede that they aren't identical. You are right. From one's quick viewpoint (other than the obvious hair), they are similiar. And since when did same hair and eye color make or break family relatives? (Also Mac pointed that out, but I thought Ragna originally blonde hair too) thanks SOWL on clearing me up for the "big sister" terminology. I believe Ragna wil lose an eye sooner or later, so I call eye on the Izayoi story.

True, and I noticed that, but it makes more sense than most of what assumptions were made here. I don't really think it's the case either, just something with a fragment of possibility. I thought that was the thing to do here.

Holy crap. I was just replaying CT's story mode and Litchi commented on Linhua that's she been through a lot. Amane calls Bullet "the big sister". Bullet and Linhua look almost identical. They're sisters? Maybe when Litchi left Sector Seven, she took Linhua in, who might have a hate of Sector Seven (like possible sister) just like Litchi. Then again, I may be wrong, but this would be interesting.

And I'm back after about a week and a half, give or take. Any thing important I miss?

Asking this because we have a C that hits higher up than another C that goes straight.) C. 3C is comboable, not just a combo ender

That makes me wonder if the astral has similar properties to Hazama's chain trap DD. Just because I don't want to double post,I wonder why Amane didn't get Amane/Remisi from Shin Megami Tensei - Devil Survivor. Provided, I love the Minato pallete, but I love the SMT's Amane color.

I believe it's a low attack. Nothing really special about it. It doesn't draw people in to my knowledge. It's a shame he doesn't hit you with the rod as an overhead. I would love to have a mixup astral.

In that Amane's astral on all video, it shows that it can be fairly easy to combo into. I think it's faster than the new speed of Rachel's astral. EDIT: The video isn't the best example because I've seen it combo in others, but the opponent doesn't really have time to tech anyway (with the counter).

Speaking of which, he was probably around 17-19 when recieving the Bloodedge threads and knife. Tao was only either (in cat ages?) 2-4years old or less. So If he was 19, and she was 3, she would be about 7-9 years old right now.And Jubei is alive for over 100 (beastkins and long lives), so its not logical that Kakas or other Beastkin would mature fast. That's a little creepy now that I think about all the pictures some of Ark's artists drew of Tao.

2,6,14 colors are too similar. I thought they were all the same one I still love number 10, but I may occasionally use 4 for being one of the only Emerald green palletes they've used. Back to gameplay. Can we 236D > A to block Nu's swords? We could use it as a pretty good shield. Nobody realizes they can foward roll against Amane yet (except Kaqn once, he punished with that). Back rolling and neutral both will make you eat a drill oki. I like that our CT is like a rapid, only with using 25 heat. Downfall is, it appears to be character specific (some tech out, some don't). I still classify CT as slightly above our useless air throw. Our throw has really bad range; I never noticed that. I'm actually excited how our matchup against Ragna will be. As long as we can block enough to force a scythe overhead, we can punish with 6A. And I love punishing a naughty Ragna. Just because I never noticed, Higher level the drill is, the more range we get right? 10:18-10:34. Garbage Scissors has a contender for most random, punishable super.

I was so happy to see this. I was going to post it same time as you too! j.236A > j.236C. Didn't know that you had to fabhop in order for that to work. What was that last combo doing there? It was 5B > 3C all right, but why show a Drill cancel into a 2B like it's a combo? I guess the guy just wanted to notate it. (Ironic because he didn't add 5B but included the non combo part) My hype for Amane has been restored again.

C moves cannot beat Platinum's bullets (darn) Shadow and his genius improv combos Seeing Jin use his counter super on Hariken reminded me that Hakumen can pull shenanigans. Bang could close in on us using his counter on that too. More stuff! Throw > Hariken does NOT work, though it looks like it could. Our crush trigger really is crap. I saw a Litchi and Bullet tech out after the hit like nothing. We caught them with Hariken afterwards, but I don't think that's an unblockable setup. Hinane-chan actually tried to play Amane as a rushdown a little bit, and it worked out okay (Which is good for me, I don't think I could play Amane without being a rushdown) PICK HER UP! This read is beautiful, and a great combo to start the round too. Arguably my favorite Amane combo so far.

These Jins and Amanes (Amani?). They are so beautiful. Could anyone get on 10 pallete for Amane? I would die to see that light blue-green pallete.

I wonder why Relius changed into such a pervert (mainly his Astral). When he worked on the Murakumos, he didn't make them bustly. Especially Mu/Noel. She has nothing. And I hope we get a nice Tsubaki Carl intro, or a Litchi Carl one.

I still want to know how Amane knows Bullet (from their intro). And Makoto and Amane might have one too. And I just realized, Guilty Gear had two key characters in the games; both banned in tourneys because of not being in arcades(not really relevant though). Kliff, the old strong one and Justice the mecha evil one. Saying that Saya might be a console boss (excluding her from tourneys), wouldn't Cliff's replacement be Jubei? It only makes sense.

That's pretty smart. Taking notes is extremely helpful, and sticking it to your Vita is a very good idea. Having two or three combos in the beginning is good; memorizing simple stuff helps you understand more complex situations. Keep up the good work!

Okay a few things. Do we know who's "number 1" and the rankings for Amane right now? Everyone is saying who is top in their character, so I'm curious about ours. I've noticed people using the backstep to punish. Maybe if he really was Tenjo's son, that's what he dressed like before he fled away to be hiimself. Maybe he's trying to punish the other Amane by going back to that time.
