I think mAc and I have played over 200 1v1 matches so far, so it's not surprising. Sometimes I am using neutral tech, other times I am using backwards roll. I will look into backwards roll > backstep. Backwards roll > 2C beats hotaru as well lol. I wonder if i could forward roll when you try to bait my roll with that 5a, and snag you >.> In the situation he puts me in he usually grabs me on wake-up, so backstep "isn't an option" if you know what I mean. It's pretty much an endless mix-up game.

It's an extremely specific situation. He's using Hotaru on oki when i'm in the corner to try and counter my wakeup, but I use MTW, he Rapid Cancels and uses jD to counter MTW, I rapid cancel and grab him as he falls. Even though Zanshin activates, it still whiffs. hop forward 2a2a2a 50+ heat Tager GOOD IDEA

Backwards roll has invulnerability but slower recovery than forward roll. Forward roll either has insignificant or no invulnerability.

Everytime I backwards roll you I can hear you screaming "WHO DOES THAT!!!" Obviously something wrong with my 4 direction. 3 Neutral techs in a row that are supposed to be backwards rolls.

I haven't seen her CP version of her laser spam DD, not sure how long you can keep them locked with it + max number of laser cannons.

I reckon anyone with asynchronous pressure could do it easily. i.e. Relius, Carl, Rachel, Mu, maybe even Litchi (unless she requires her staff in order to CT) No reason why she couldn't do this already with the Guard Crush properties of CT lol. Lock down pressure > Full charge CT > Guard Crush. In fact a Guard Crush is probably significantly better confirm than an unblockable CT would be. In CSX I'm pretty certain Guard Crush is the best confirm in the game.

They've already got it programmed into P4A so that you can't use air-unblockables in guard strings, no reason why they couldn't apply this "no comboable unblockables" concept to CTs as well. And CTs take 25% heat everytime, they could also make it so you have Heat gain penalty after using one.

I wonder if there are any CTs that are unblockable when fully charged. It'd make sense that they would be imo.
