It's related towards the user's HP. The lower their HP, the longer it sustains. -
[Xrd] News & (Theoretical) Gameplay Discussion

I actually thought the cooldown was thirty frames. Is the amount you specified a cooldown for a successful attempt? -

Alright. I'm fine as long as somebody makes them.

So I played against an Az offline today and despite not having any training experience aside from forty five minutes or so constructing suboptimal (although not for much) BnB's nor a stick, I would say I have some basic idea of how the matchup would be. Would it be fine if I create the threads now (although I don't really see any reason not to)?

And here we have the gallery for episode 4. A noticeable improvement on the previous installment, including gramophone ear Noel, more Ragna spot the difference, and an exquisite Bang... face seriously what is that. What the fuck is that.

It's not just SMP: They honestly seem to have deliberately devalued almost all of her combo tools. 6A doesn't ground float. You may have been able to end some things with a second Mami for a knockdown, but the wall stick will simply make them tech considering the SMP, denying you oki. I was positive at first, but honestly, just looking through her frame data and considering that there haven't really been any breakthroughs after ten months, they really have seemed to attempt limiting her damage for some reason in any way possible. Still, I'm continuing to theoryfight, and once I get a PS3 I'll be testing everything I can. Hopefully I or somebody else will find improvements with the larger amount of lab time provided by console.

So... It might just disallow 360 sticks (my old stick came dual - modded)? Aaaaaa... I do actually have a pad for PC, but I refuse to play on it by basis of it being a pad . I've also tried applying the pad's buttons to the program as to match where I would place them on stick, and then connect the stick and use it as the actual playing device, but it was utterly unresponsive.

So, shortly after this thread was first made, Elochai posted a comment on his stick not operating with the games configuration program, detailing that said program would exit the input insert window immediately after appearing, without accepting any commands within the time it was visible. I'm having this exact same problem now: I doubt it's a PC - related thing, because my old stick was compatible, and I also doubt it's version - related, due towards version 1.00 admitting said old stick, but not my current one. It's probably related to the stick itself. The stick would be a Hori RAP VX - SA (Elochai, is this your model/of the same brand as it?). Considering that more involving the game has been discovered since this thread's creation, I was inquiring as towards whether anybody had both discovered and resolved this occurence previously. Does anybody have anything?

So here's the QUALITY gallery for episode three. Honestly, unlike the previous installment there isn't much really excessively headbanging: It's mostly just some minor proportion issues and strange faces (including the Hazama face seen elsewhere) . Do notice however, the amazing moving paper within the first two shots! (I would actually like there to be more mistakes along episode two's blatancy, because laughing at the animation is majorly the only reason I'm watching it at this point)

[CP] News & Gameplay Discussion (Old)

I like how his arms seemed to sink into the gloves as he moved them :v -
When's Last Exile ;_; . Also, expect another gallery tomorrow after the EU Skype group watch is over, and the people involved have all of the images gathered and have acquired sufficient sleep.

While you seem to be pretty set on Ky, just because he didn't appear in your first post I would say Venom also fits your description pretty well. He has an amount of strong pokes and projectiles, perhaps the best oki aside from Dizzy/Millia, and a pretty fine up close pressure game. He's somewhat strange and definitely not straightforward, but he definitely applies to what you described. Also, concerning the spear and negative edging: While it's correct combos with it aren't common within matches, holding and releasing it (or just keeping it there as a threat until it automatically fires) can help a lot in neutral, and releasing it at certain times can be seen in oki setups. Also, seriously, once you can afford to spend the money, buy a stick. It doesn't really take that long to learn and, while the game is perfectly playable with a lot of Characters using pads, sticks overall do help your precision in inputs. It's not neccesary, bu it is a reccomendation.

Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.

I thought the suggestion described making separate posts for each Character/assist rather than just the documents involving each subject :v . -
Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.
InWithTheAshes replied to InWithTheAshes's topic in Misc Fighter Central
The problem with that would be we still don't know exactly how many Characters/supports there are intended at this point. It could be done when we're absolutely sure that everything has been made public, but until then that's rather unadvisable. -
Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.
InWithTheAshes replied to InWithTheAshes's topic in Misc Fighter Central
Unfortunately, I knew pretty much nothing about the game aside from that it was happening, the initial Characters/supports, and what I could take from the first stream when I made the thread. Considering that, pastebins were pretty much the best option. -
> Budget cuts. > Already making people faceless when not close up. ... When's tuning fork Yukianesa?

Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.
InWithTheAshes replied to InWithTheAshes's topic in Misc Fighter Central
I'm placing them on separate pages to just allow people to find information on particular supports easily. While they probably won't grow as large as Character documents, they'll still contain Character synergy information and summaries, which I'm guessing would be large enough to allow their own section. If people want the documents to be merged, however, then I'll do it. -
Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.

Sibladeko made a large blog here involving the mechanics (with some things that weren't known before, like throws being fw.C rather than two button), Characters an supports. I'm adding them towards the pastebins now. -
Didn't notice the in - game bluntness . I'm pretty sure it doesn't look like a tuning fork/lightbulb filament though.

So, miss any of last episode's stunning animation because it's amazingness utterly made your head spin? Don't worry! Here would be a gallery consisting of "best" moments from yesterday's highly acclaimed installment! Particular highlights include: * Hakumen's mountainous stature/blunt sword/tuning fork (or if you prefer, lightbulb filament) sword/onigiri head/exotic arm joints. * Eyes. Seriously, what do these animators have against eyes. * Slender Ragna. * Slenderagna(/noel/nu). * Mermaid/amputee Tsubaki. * Azure Grimoire Spot The Difference (with additional DUAL WIELDING!).

Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.
InWithTheAshes replied to InWithTheAshes's topic in Misc Fighter Central
So apparently, Potential isn't entirely a comeback mechanic: Misaka threw Kuro, and was effected by the mechanic. Excellent! Also, there are people in the arcade now, so there may be some actual play happening soon. -

Dengeki FIGHTING CLIMAX: Announced at TGS.
InWithTheAshes replied to InWithTheAshes's topic in Misc Fighter Central
... Shit, two button DPs. That's... turned my impression of the game around quite a bit. Unless they just meant reversal through guardpoint, rather than invincibility? Also, new article on the Dengeki website. From my Google Translate adventures, it seems to just be a basic description of the previous loketest's Characters. Is anybody willing to translate it? -
We were actually group watching in Skype yesterday (with intention to do so for the rest of the season). The results were rather fruitful.
