The fact that Sol created the Outrage isn't common knowledge. In fact, I'm pretty sure the number of people who are aware of that can be counted on one hand. I couldn't tell you who they are, but That Man is most likely one of them. You can debate the technicalities all you want, but the fact of the matter is that Sol took something that was in the possession of the Holy Knights, which they considered a sacred treasure, without permission (How it got there is irrelevant), trashed a Captain level officer when he got caught, and deserted. That's not going to endear you to anyone. Kliff even points out that the other Holy Knights won't necessarily see things the way he does, especially not Ky.

Sol did steal the Fireseal. He grabbed it while no one was around and tried to leave before the other Holy Knights noticed. When Ky found him and tried to stop him, he beat the shit out of him, then got the hell out of dodge. Kliff let him go (Whether or not Kliff tests Sol is dependent on the episode-In Order Sol's Accent Core story he lets him go without a fuss), and was intending to give it to Sol later on anyway, but that doesn't change the fact that he still made off with it. He was also ready to fight Kliff for real when he caught up to Sol, before Kliff said he was cool with it.

By XRD the rivalry has more or less become friendly competition between the two, but in past games it was because they usually ended up getting in each other's way. Sol looks down on Ky for his naivety and sense of justice and often has to put him in his place when they meet. Ky never forgave Sol for the Fireseal incident and hates being beaten and treated as inferior by him. And like Kyle said, Sol does his own thing and doesn't listen to others, something that causes friction when Sol gets himself involved into Ky's investigations and screws with him. In Accent Core's storyline, Ky has a final duel with Sol to settle any lingering animosity, and the two seem to come out of it as friends, or at least with more respect for each other.

After going around the internet for info and asking my buddies to translate the Famitsu article, it seems we know more about Adachi's role in the story. Around the start of the Red Mist/Dark Hour, He was called in for questioning by a very suspicious police officer, who then proceeded to break him out of the station. The officer is then revealed to be possessed by the Malevolent Entity, who had broken him out of prison for the purpose of getting him to join him and MINAZUKI with their plan. Adachi refuses to work with him, not wishing to be someone else's pawn (Reference to Izanami). The Malevolent Entity then starts threatening Adachi, because you don't say no to friggin Nyarlathotep when he tells you to do something (If he is Nyarlathotep, anyway). Adachi then proceeds to give him a rather big "Fuck you" by beating the holy hell out of the guy he was possessing. This has the effect of royally pissing off the Malevolent Entity, who then traps Adachi in the Dark Hour-afflicted Inaba and "enters" him as a "contestant" in the P-1 Grand Prix, so that the Investigation Team and the Shadow Operatives would focus their attention on him. Adachi's more or less neutral, as he doesn't want to be involved and is just trying to survive against the heroes and the Shadow Brigade. However, it seems that his reason for going to the tower is to teach Sho, MINAZUKI, and the Malevolent Entity a lesson for screwing with him (I'm not too sure about this one, I think this was just my friend's impression).

I question any tier list that has Kagura being worse then Makoto. Or anyone aside from Amane being lower then Makoto.

The Magatsu-Izanagi pallet that goes with Adachi's Terumi pallet is ether a reference to Hazama or the Dark Susanooh. That second pallet is most certainly The Joker. Besides, I think that characters only get one pallet reference per series, so it wouldn't make sense if he got both Terumi and Ripper.

That is 100% false. I've seen people use in-game English subtitles (Something exclusive to the U.S. Version) with the Japanese voice tracks.

Sad to see Troy not returning, but I have full confidence in Matt to do Kanji justice, just like he did in the Anime. No one in the Stream chat the other day could tell that it wasn't Troy doing Shadow Kanji, he nailed it perfectly. I don't think we have anything to worry about on this front.

The in-game captions are different from the titles they get, look at the intro screens when you select a character in arcade. Chie's caption is correct.
