  1. Ok I got 2 questions, first one is against characters that seem to have really air tight block strings what am I suppose to do? I feel like for a characters that don't have a DP or strong reversal game I usually feel like I have to hunker down and try not to get hit and hope that barrier blocking can create just enough space so I can do something about it, I do know that instant/instant barrier block helps a lot but I never can attempt when I play online. ): I usually see some people do like micro dashes or dash in but I dunno if that's a cue to try and interrupt the block string. Second question, a fair number of players always seem to wake up pressing some normal and most of the time I seem to get beat out by it and I don't know why that is the case, I'm suspecting that I'm not hitting my normals soon enough and my opponent is mashing on a normal and I get hit out of it or something like that. I seem to run into the above problems when I play online really, when I play offline with some people I don't really run into these problems.
  2. It helps a little to also set it on game mode and to make sure your PS3 is set to 720, most games don't normally go up to 1080 so when people have it set like that is does add some extra lag.
  3. Yeah a 2 bar connection is not going to let you react to overheads.

If your playing online even with a good connection I feel like you have to make guesses, you might be able to anticipate it and react better in those cases but I often find in an offline setting its much more doable to react to overheads, online my defense gets cut a lot so I can't usually react when I play online.
  5. Really liked Achis use of Overdrive in the Nu match, freaking smart move to overdrive to extend the range on Justice Phorizer to catch Nu, that is something I'm gonna keep in mind next time I play that match.
  6. That's kind of the gist of it, GA mode can establish mix ups and other offensive approaches and this is where most of her damage will come from. Please use default text next time, it's really hard to read the text with this color and size. ):
  7. What's sth short for? I see you mention it a couple of times.
  8. Is flying/hovering pretty close to the ground not a good thing to do? I started noticing a lot of people would punish my landing like that even though I have some boost left.
  9. I haven't really seen what she could do stockless yet, still waiting for that patch.
  10. Well Arcadia Fighting game remix has her listed as A tier (well more like anyone that isn't Azrael, Litchi or Kokonoe are S tier and Makoto is in a tier of her own). It doesn't mean she doesn't have viability, it means as Izayoi players we have to play work harder for the win.

  14. How far does she travel when you use this tech? It might be handy for getting extra range for 6C or something.
  15. It's hard to say without being able to see you do the combo. You may have to delay the jB part a little more then you think, visually if jC is hitting at the part where she has her sword behind her and you are bellow your opponent that's usually means you can link the 5A part. It's gonna be a lot of trial and error cause the timings are always different character to character (and some have similar or identical timing).
  16. Can you list the full combo you do to start j.BAC? Off of a 5A/2A starter it doesn't work.
  17. Are there ways to set up fatal counters with BS or at least ways to fatal counter with it?
  18. Quick question about the frame data on 6C, is the block stun in the wiki for the second part of 6C or the first part? If its the second part does anyone one have the frame data on her block stun for the first hit?
  19. I'm a little confused by this, so if we do like a standard bnb in the corner, use strikefall ender, so its possible to do 5A Phorizer now? Or is this more on line with the portion of the combo you mentioned? Edit: oh wait I'm an idiot scratch what I said, for some reason I though the / meant combo into.

  21. Oh I didn't think of using it like that, I'll have to try that out next time I play some games.
  22. I'm having trouble understanding when to call Tallgeese, I don't think I've been able to land a clean hit with it so far, every other tool in Wing's arsenal makes sense to me, just can't figure out Tallgeese.
  23. I'm a little confused with the GA acceleration part, so basically after one 66, she goes a lot further now?
  24. Astraea isn't safe on block though, even if you teleport I'm pretty sure some characters can chase a back teleport or if you use one of the other ones I'm pretty sure that's a free punish then. If they get used to it that does kinda defeat the purpose of using astrea like that though, say if you where baiting a reversal with that set up (hypothetically, not saying that's the point you are making) 3C still would be a better option cause you aren't using a stock to do that and I think 3C still has fatal properties unless there was a hidden change that took that out. I dunno I guess it is something you can pull out every so often cause it is still a mix up, doesn't mean it's always mean you keep yourself safe with plays like that either. Though I agree with Angel tastic on the idea its basically confusion flu, though I'm wondering now if you do something like, ender 3C~214B 214B (in the corner) if that puts you at a safe distance before they wake up. Man to many things I wanna test out when we get the new patch. T-T
  25. I think personally for me its gonna be the fact that GA back air dash is like her back dash now. Here's something I've had on my mind now that we are on the topic of changes, what do you guy's think about the teleport set up or whatever the Izayoi player in the latest footage was doing? I'm not sure what to think of it cause it looks kinda flashy and cool but I dunno how practical it really is, cause it looks like the opponents weren't sure what to do about the set up, my general experience with her teleports is most people could just mash out of them.
