BBCP has a combo system where the starter denotes how long (literally how long in time) a combo can be. 623C is a short length starter, 6B is a normal length starter.

Was wandering away there, sorrryyyy It's fine to be not happy, but it is what it is. None of us are happy about it. That being said, there's no point going on about it cause it's been done to death since the 90s and the days of Japanese PS2s being a nightmare for TOs. In actual somewhat exciting news, Arcadia is putting out a 50 issue magazine detailing BBCP2 next weekend. A group of translators are probably going to get on that and hopefully we'll get tons of info from that.

After testing this, this is the best possible sweep combo I've seen so far other than the fact you have to confirm with 2B instead of 2A (which is fine). The one I normally use is ~100 less damage and ~200 less off spear.

You can switch between high and low block during blockading with no problem. You get locked to standing or crouching animation though, hence fuzzies and reverse fuzzies being a thing.

He has good buttons. I'm saying I haven't found a Ken who can directly answer me using 2B and fly to avoid dealing with the dog on the ground. I'm sure they can, just no Kens I've fought do it, so I don't know how the MU is actually played.

No Ken has stopped me from just using 2B and movement to not care about the dog yet, so I have no idea really.
