  1. If they don't say anything, assume it's fine. It's easier that way.
  2. Why would you play through RPGs to prepare for a fighting game? idgi
  3. The last official tournament for Saturday starts at 7pm, there might be enough time after that to squeeze in GG if people would prefer a Saturday tournament. I don't know how late everyone's gonna wanna stay though. Any input?
  4. Had to at least offer, right? Also sure looks like it. Wall stick and everything.
  5. It's based on such a ridiculously simple mechanic, I doubt it would be difficult for them to patch it pretty quickly.
  6. AC 6H is still 6H, old 6H is now 3H.
  7. The game only keeps track of SMP for ten separate moves. If you do a combo using ten attacks with same move proration, the 11th's SMP will never be factored.
  8. Might try usersupport@guiltygearx.com, it was the email on their old site, or use this contact form.
  9. I *might* have a spare bed, but it'd be a futon in a basement workshop... (Or you could share a larger futon with Brandino.)
  10. Who's up for GG on Sunday?
  11. Yeah, it's that backhand, I think it's a followup to his glaive shake attack? Instant dizzy against most of the cast as the first hit. Made Potemkin flash red, and even if it doesn't dizzy it still causes a pretty hefty stun.
  12. He said Johnny got the largest boost in power during this loketest, not that he was strongest overall. (Also hi! I was onehitcombo.) Kliff looks like a troll character. Instant-dizzy force break, fully invulnerable lean, huge jumps, big damage, delayable overdrive (that Kliff that did fullscreen max-delay overdrive made me laugh out loud, his opponent had no idea what to do). It's all beautiful and I love it. Robo, thank you for sharing the torrent. I've set it as an article on DL's front page for a little extra exposure.
  13. Thursday night's your best bet, then. Might also try the Kentucky thread here, and the SRK thread to see who'd be up for BB.
  14. If you can do okay on the PS2 version you're probably fine.
  15. AL's in the Cincinnati Mall, yeah. If you can find anyone playing BB you can probably borrow a stick from someone, or just get a pad form Jesse if you prefer that. Will you be in town for the weekend? Rocket Punch 3's this weekend, if we get enough people we'll be running BB on Sunday.
  16. Adding a Kitty board to a TE is really easy and will only run you $50 or so, a little more if you have a professional do it. Definitely cheaper than a new stick.
  17. Corner APB loops. APB loops.
  18. In Japan, probably a lot of them. It was pretty popular.
  19. This may be the recovery before Slashback can be used again.
  20. No, not that. It's like the third line. 基底ダメージ補正 50% を追加しました。 Coolest basically confirmed it's 50% forced prorate.
  21. Still no idea what the 50% on 6H is, though. Forced prorate? That would suck.
  22. Turn it on, I'm not sure. Mine doesn't, but that's probably because it's dual-modded. If you can turn it on with a normal wired controller, then yes. They will definitely navigate the XMB, though. Can't speak for the artwork, though.
  23. My bad, here you go. http://www.focusattack.com/products/Seimitsu-LS-56-Octagonal-Restrictor-Plate.html http://www.focusattack.com/seimitsu-ls-32-round-restrictor-gate/
  24. http://www.focusattack.com/jlf-gt-o-circle-restrictor-plate-insert/ Boom.
  25. The SOUL stick is as easy to change artwork on as any TE, and getting plexi to change the art lets you decide what layout the buttons have anyway.
