  1. With everyone talkin about matchup exp vs Valk I'm glad I played a ton of matches with Tesno o.o. that's combining both my vita and cp experience though. I'm up for games after I take a shower, though no one ever wants to play a noob like me @n@
  2. I recieved my 1 win though, so that made me feel good. Dunno how legit it was though since bloodwolf held onto that burst till death xP So what's the cure to lag? xD
  3. I wanna play against you again xP but not now, my internet has made me bitter with gettin dc'd after every. Damn. Match. Ggs to bloodwolf though, I felt like my internet doesn't want me to block a lot of those 2/6D's xD. And ggs to that Azrael I played, can't remember
  4. j.B fuzzy j.C requires a really really deep in jump cancel. Ive practiced it, but just seems like its not worth the trouble on a lot of the cast. Late AD into j.B>j.C worked for the first time for me today, but I forget that option frequently. I love how Rel is atm, but I still wish I had my dream of Valk lvl j.C IOH xD. And a more rediculous one, ley not being vulnerable to throws, but anyway. Maybe I just need more experience, a lot of the vita players didn't know how to tech grabs so now I go for tic setups waaaay too much.
  5. Honestly, havnt had a lot of Haks or tager matches lately. Kinda sad since hakumen is the matchup I have the most experience with. I'll test it though, I got off for today because it keeps kicking me after 1 match and no one I know had a lobby. I need to upload some more of my matches as well.
  6. I'm just curious, does he have anything he can RC into mixup? Out of all the things I was hoping back when the loke tests were goin on it was that j.C would get a IOH hitbox since he doesn't have a lot of jump cancel opportunities. Does falling j.C>rapid>j.B/C come out before he hits the ground? Generally falling j.C is where people assume its safe to block low again.
  7. So in other words... I must learn to be a jackass who uses 6C and 236C as legit mixup... interesting. One thing I found from experience is that everyone with a dp likes to dp after 214A. Man, I need to learn to play unsafe on offense. 6C>214A with ignis active is a 3 frame gap isn't it?

So... what do you do to someone who can block our crossup j.2D Dx i was fightin a Jin that could block every mixup I threw at him, which I know Relius' mixup isnt great, but still Dx do I resort to stagger 2A in this situation to get em to mash? Ps: just noticed crossunder 3C still works after 4D in the corner, doesn't seem like the crossunder 3C>214C mixes up as good anymore, but seems like it could give some interesting options. Like maybe crossunder 3C>meaty 214B>ley for recrossup

  13. So because they told me I have a month to return it, anf with me being able to get a stick around a month from now, I bought a miraculously still functionong mad catz pad, you know the ones. Not use to a 6 button interface, but i can do gear super 100x more easily @.@
  14. Seriously though, I know its a hard concept, but what's a good pad that can be used better than the ps3 stupid disjointed dpad? Dx i mean, I only have disgaea, BB, and p3fes, but I can't play BB with this stupid thing @.@ Dunno if I'll be playin online much till I can get this issue resolved, holding your pad together while playing has issues. Still, ggs to everyone I played today, even that one match with SWD's Litchi which he stated he kinda noobed it xD I'm bad

  18. I'll admit to one free hit from barrier guard fail coming out ad 5A, but I think I just got jumpy since it was my first round against you xD
  19. Indeed, I kept going back and forth with JoJo, neither of us could get 2 wins in a row.
  20. Relius' best mixup option I personally think is crossup j.2D. Everything else, other than really delayed airdash>j.B>j.C is fairly easy to block. Cept for OD doll punch super into 214A crossups. Love OD doll punch super... so many spins. It does shit damage and is somewhat easy to avoid but still xD Like I said before though, I'll be at the movies for a few hours, probably be back around 11-12 if someone wants some games with a decent Relius.
  21. DO IT FROSTBITE, MAKE THE ROBO BITCH PAY FOR SUCH SLANDEROUS ACCUSATIONS OF OUR BAD MIXUP GAME! I'd do it myself but I'm not the best Relius nor am I online atm. Goin to the movies.
  22. One nice thing is that because Kagura's drive moves lose their cancel frames on wiff, if you just vivace past somethin like his thrust... 6DB? No clue, cant remember his stuff. A lot of his drive moves have noticable recovery, and making them wiff is how I play against him as Relius. Obviously Ley is a bit better in this as you don't move away from him and it avoids lows, Vivace can still do the same against a lot of his moves. This is just theory of mine and I tried Carl on pad today just to have it rip my fingers apart xD; just my input.

Had a lot of good matches with a Tager today, one type of gimmicky setup he used on me a few times was AC>j.B crossup, took me a while to get use to seein this. 5B beats out just about all his moves from starting position, and most other moves you can wiff 5B and still be safe. I think he can only jump forward to try and beat you out of it, but (this is a bad habit of mine from too much AI play) 2C will give you that nice FC if he tries to call out 5B. Getting magnetized means you don't have an air game for a few seconds, just be calm and try to keep him at a distance with good 5B usage. Most of ignis' moves can be stuffed on reaction with Sledge, and generally he can start up another one before 22x comes out, so this is kinda a fight where your average normals come into play. If you do end up in the air while magnetized, sometimes j.A can beat out AC if he tries this on you. Its risky, but if you're in the air anyway without any clear means of getting away, just go for it. Double jumping also sometimes makes you shoot right past him. Like I said before, a lot of ignis moves can be stuffed on reaction by tager. 214B can sometimes get him (which is hilarious with the new doll super changes), but it gives him a clear shot to you with spark. You can ley spark btw, but if misstimed, you're gonna eat a nice tager combo. Backstep works wonders when he tries to get you magnetized, plus between backstep and ley, you can put him in a bad position if you ley his 2D. Could end up putting him right in thr corner. Gear super is still a bad option in this matchup, you can still be grabbed right out of it, or sledged, or any other tager BS he can pull on you.
  24. So I'm back from the pizza, where's everyone at? And when.it comes to backdashing... makes me so angry when someone goes for meaty grab on my wakeup and I try to backdash, never comes out. Maybe I'm just thinking of meaty grabs the wrong way though. Embarrassing really since I have ABC assigned to R2
  25. My pad is falling apart though Dx the side with the pad is splitting on the seam and its missing one of the screws @.@ it also refuses to so block switching at times xD
