If you're familiar with shimmies, it's an effective method to bait both throw tech attempts and her parry. The active window isn't huge and she's in recovery for quite a bit on whiff too. You can even make her think you'll safejump but just empty jump and walk backwards instead.
That said, you're still kind of guessing to some degree besides reading player habits and conditioning them. Its a bit easier to deal with on block since you can use true-strings with lows to target the 236 input, or even do pressure with an 11f+ gap that will automatically bait parrying gaps and probably late guard cancel parry also.
