Why is Chipp so (relatively) high? And is this list official or just Ogawa's opinion (that that it wouldn't carry weight if it was)?

I'm not entirely sure how to help you, but if you're anything like I was when I started playing, your problem may have something to do with inputs. For example, for a string like: 5K, c.S, 2D, Rensen The actual input should be: 4K, 4S, 1D, 6S Assuming you've already got that all figured out, it's just a matter of practicing the charge release until you have it down-pat.

*Sigh* When will other Anji players realize the awesomeness that is his EX S color? That first Anji vaguely reminded me of Zidane with moar Fuujin spam.

I've experimented with that. The way Benten H hits necessitates following up with an FB Bomber, which makes the combo useless in all ways except as a tech throw setup.

Here are some more Izuna combos I've found. All of them were tested on Sol with teching on. fX, IAD, j.X, j.Y, land, X, bX, bX, fY (224 damage, takes about 30% Tension) fX, j.X, land, X, bX, bX, j.X, j.X, j.X (208 damage, Tensionless) [This combo takes somewhat particular spacing and timing on the first jump hit. I'm not sure it'd be reliable in an actual game.] I guess Izuna's damage output is better than I've given it credit for; he just kind of needs to work more for it.

You know what's funny? That's my standard Axl color. Good stuff with the tech throw at the end there. It's a hella-stylish combo.

I've cooked up some silly combo-video stuff for you all tonight. Tested on Anji: 5K, c.S, 2D, Rensen (FRC), JI Raiei S (FRC), Air dash, Kokuu (FRC), land, 5P, 2S, SJC, j.H, j.D, Kokuu If that first part gets you in the corner, you can of course replace that standard ender with a B-loop of your choosing. Tested on Dizzy: Benten (FRC), j.D, Kokuu (FRC), Air dash, 623D, 623H, B-loop reps, Rensen, 2 I'm writing a response essay to Detroit's pleas for a government bailout, and I'm enjoying it. While we're posting combos, I'll post a neat Izuna one I found last night. Izuna does crap damage. X, bX, bX, j.X, j.Y, land, j.Y, land, j.X, j.X, j.X Admittedly pretty basic and does ~170 damage on Sol. I promise you it's untechable.

Just a quick aside: Though Benten ostensibly prorates less, Rensen FRC is going to be your primary launcher. It has a longer range and can thus launch or start pressure from relatively far away and is safer, whether you FRC it or not.

I was not aware that English sounds so awesome when spoken by Swedes.

Bringing back the Rashousen FRC because it's just so awesome.

I'd rather have an FRC that appears just as it goes active so you still get the downward motion.

I'm confused as to how that situation would even come up. I've never seen a Venom use Dark Angel outside of absolute lockdown or meaties; in either case, there's not enough time to get 6K out. If they're just randomly doing it mid-screen and you DO have time to get it out, both of those are severely punishable on whiff.

Well, that's hard to answer, but I can say this: 1) It's regional. My understanding is there's a part of California that's just full of May players, for example. 2) It's much easier to talk about which characters don't get a lot of representation (In America, in no particular order: Axl, I-No, Zappa, Baiken, Bridget, others?)
