GGs to whoever I played today. I was going to stay longer but I don't feel like getting mugged by blax in Sunset Park. I was going to put AH3 on the PS3 since I found out it has CFW on it, but then some black people came in like the instant I stood up and started playing Marvel. Seriously that game is mad boring play something fun.

Well then hold a PS3 for us then. Or just kick one of the Marvel people off.

GGs to Mahouko in Arcana today. I wasn't really expecting to play against someone who could actually do combos, much less beat me even one round. Not that I'm complaining. Good shit. Also 3C RC 3C = wtf.

Sin and Punishment is an N64 game. A pretty good one too.

Punishment also makes you die in like two hits. Thunder is probably the closest thing you have to an counter Arcana, it adds clash frames to your dash and EVERYTHING IS CLASHABLE IN EF LAWL.

Star Ocean 4 is a pretty shitty game, especially compared to 3.

This Magnetism combo is hilarious. It's like Lilica's Punishment combo lite without any of the drawbacks of Punishment Arcana.

They're also virtually free (unless you're Time or Dark) so no harm done.

It's a 5A with a decent hitbox that happens to hit crouching and jump-ins pretty well. That's really about it.

Ashura is like -2 on hit IIRC, they can beat out anything you throw out afterwards but they can't punish you ir stop you from jumping out or anything.

Well, if I was going to ragequit don't you think I would have done it when I got hit by the fullscreen Critical Heart? Not that I knew what the move even did to begin with. Plus I had much better opportunities to ragequit, like when I was in like a 30 game losing streak on sp00ky's stream with Lilica. Plus Dorothy is fun to fight even if all I really need to do is mash 5B in response to literally everything she does. Like I just said on IRC you need to stop talking to Cakeh, haha.

NCSX is based in New York, so if you want a domestic retailer they're a good place to start now that the game's already out. For preorders Play-Asia is usually best if you order in advance since they deliver quickly.

I'm not sure if this is the match you were talking about but I remember at least one of the matches killing my PS3 and forcing me to reset, so I just turned it off and talked to you on IRC instead afterwards (I only have one monitor for both my computer and my game consoles). I do remember getting hit by a Critical Heart (it's the Faust super, right?) but I'm pretty sure that was final round and not a perfect (I remember it being really close and me going wtf is this I would have won if I hadn't dropped that combo before). The desync probably occurred in the next match if anything and that's why it looked like you got a perfect.

To be fair to him (not that he deserves it), I'm pretty sure he made that post before declaring that he would be nice for a full week.
