  1. I was 100% on Yukikaze. AND YUKIKAZE #2. SAME INPUT.
  2. Confirmed, I'll be there by 3:30 or 4.
  3. No cheating allowed. Also, since no one wants to run it for me, I guess if I can't come it's canceled? Otherwise though, it starts at 4pm.
  4. TWO DAYS! And, with that said, I might have to move the starting time down a little bit, so we might lose the secondary event. And... I might not even make it due to work... In the event this happens, is there anyone who could stand in for me? STEP FORWARD.
  5. Truth be told, the best part of that match clip is when you hear Jeff in the background go: "NO! YOU SHUT UP!"
  6. Oh god, my Hakumen was so bad that day. NEXT TIME.
  7. Top post updated. Tournament 1.5 will likely be the last scored event for this season, Top 16 will be invited to play in a free final tournament of some sort. I'll throw in some money for 1st/2nd/3rd, but don't expect much. The format will likely be some kind of unique format, here is one such example: Staggered Seeding/Placement: The 16th person will play the 15th person. The winner of that match will become the new "15th" and will play the 14th in a match, and so on, eventually reaching 1st place, where that match decides who is 1st. That means, the higher you placed in the point total, the less matches you have to play. Placement Tiebreaker: If there is a tie for a place, the tiebreaker will be average placement in tournament, where non-participation means 0th place in that particular tournament. For example, this means someone who gets 7th 5 times in a row is higher than someone higher than someone who gets lucky with 4th once, but never places that high ever again. Participation Tiebreaker: If there are too many people tied for a spot qualifying place, the only real option is to play it out. More on that later I guess. Or we could just do something easier
  8. First posted updated, getting results up soon.
  9. Well gentlemen, how about that 22nd?
  10. Just a reminder, after you pay your entry fee, ya gotta play the game on my laptop.
  11. Whoooooooos going this week?
  12. It's in Culver City. It's also in America.
  13. I'll housing match the NW people if it comes to that. But I live faaaaaaaaaaaaaar south.
  14. Sucks that you're in a Jam. Sorry for what I did there. I hate to say it, but I'm also no help, because I'm not the boss of my room. Plus the rest of my room is a bunch of jerks, so I dunno if they would let you stay. If push comes to shove and you'll be sleeping in a chair or something otherwise, I'm sure something can be worked out. Hope you get it sorted out though.
  15. I'd be incredibly down for an Random only myself, but it'll have to wait. I told Zaido I'd run one of these eventually (even if his Grandma prevents him from coming). Anything can happen in a ft1 Tager Mirror. In the words of Tager himself: 簡単に勝てると思うな。
  16. Top posted updated. Have you killed space cows today?
  17. Wait, holy fuck you can shoot in this game? I've just been avoiding the cows the whole time.
  18. 100% True story. AX 2009, that's what happened. In other news, I'm gonna be at this... I hope they'll let me work.
  19. 5a -> 5b -> 5c -> 5d -> hell's fang:?::?::?:
  20. Updated with 1.3 results.
  21. A couple announcements: 1) If you're wondering where last week's results are, I have them, I'm just busy/lazy and I'll get them up soon. 2) SF4 is over! That means we can move to Bi-weekly now, if people will show up. I'm thinking the 8th or 9th. The 9th is Mother's day, so that's a maybe. Not sure on the format yet, but if people have preferences, it might be a good time to let me know. 3) We're foregoing the venue fee for the next tournament! This is AI's measure of good will if you help them out with: http://savethearcades.stridegum.com/ So... yeah, you should totally play this game and help them out.
  22. High chance of appearing.
  23. Ah yeah, I can't do that, cause I'm not an event announcement mod. I can see the little table cell in the Lambda forums though. That changes the little tiny on the top of the top post, to the right of the date of the top post. It won't change how it appears as a link in the actual forum. Maybe there's a setting that will allow post owners to do this?
