NP srsly, though, to me, it seems most players who have a hard time with Testaments/Eddies/Baikens, are the players who don't know the match ups, opposed to the characters just being so far beyond everyone else, that they need to have ALL of what makes them good nerfed to shit, and gain nothing behind the loss, like you described in your post.

Translation: All the characters I have trouble with, should suffer nerfs, my character's main weakness should be abolished.. That would balance that game.

Just got back, and I have to take a minute and put this shit on blast. SweetJohnnyCage, if you don't give a fuck about a game or it's community - don't have that game at your tournament. Forreal, yo. One player (Zodiac, I think) got DQ'ed after being told he had enough time to clean out his room and check out before his next match.. and gets DQ'ed, another dude asked if he ahd time to eat, was told yes, and got DQ'ed.. Sogos gets DQ'ed from loser finals... I mean really... losers' finals... You DQ for 3rd place? I have never in my life seen some shit like that. Barring a player leaving the venue completely, like, to go home.. Any form of finals should not be DQ'ed.. if the man is in the building you find him.. We asked several people if they heard his name over the mic, nobody did. If it was called at all, it was called in the middle of Melty Blood hype, like one time, while everybody was screamin' then he just got scratched. We come to you about it, and you're just like "Welp, at least you got 3rd... bada badomp". XAQ was right around the area, and, I doubt he'd have minded playing.. Really, though, if all you care for is Capcom games, that's cool.. Host for JUST Capcom games.. Very few player's play their characters well enough in the U.S to back up this tier list.. Competition is simply too thin here, and we're too far apart. I'd put money on the fact that not single region in America has full character representation.. Most don't even have 23 players of similar level.. and often times characters overlap (IE 2-3 players playing the same character).

It's top tier, but, I wouldn't say it's broken. User CP is still a pretty bad match up for search.
