  2. i dont really use most the combo's used in this thread. i have my own unique way of comboing. like after sledge B i got 6C>J.2C so even if they tech out i can sledge them back into pressure. i dont turtle with tager i get in your face and shove a red wall of soviet oppression on everyones ass.

  4. 1. no its unpractical, 6A can jump cancel..now if you used collider to make them tech and buffer the 720 then maybe.... i tested that part but collider to 720 can be a pain eh. 2. but of course like most of tager's game its a avoidable gimmic, the can just not tech and hit the ground then roll away. last time someone bursted my spark bolt they ate a free spinny and died.
  5. if they J.D early then they block that move...most tagers fall into jin pressure easily but its a few tagers that brings the fight to you.
  6. yes that is the only way to handle tager efficiently any other way and he rapes you... that string can be ID'd and to me i hate ID. >.< ID. it beats sledge. it beats magna-tech wheel. it beats air tech's it beats 360A and B. excuse me i have to get a tissue and cry.

  8. forgive my fail speech... if your gonna sledge make it hit, its obviously your only shot. 9-10 v13's will rape you with swords otherwise... if you try walking then they will most likely use swords on you and lets admit it. nu can play swords with you all day and at one point your gonna slip. nu-making tagers cry since i dont know when. while you wait i'll edit my post so it will be in english.
  9. haha let me give you the run down for this match tager... odds 3-7 v13 favor... things to do. 1. let her make her first move, no need to rush off and eat a combo trying to make a move you dont see coming. 2. find a way to get in but be quick about it... best means are B sledging her at the right distance, nu only knows counter hit when it comes to sledge. if your far away then high jump J.C and block when she fires..if you do it right she cant punish you. 3. dont let her get away, dont matter what your means are but if you end up using a combo to magnetize then you can get away with J.D to pull her in a bit closer...you wanna get her in sledge range to eat a combo anyways and she knows it. 4. for god sakes if you see her do that gravity zone shit dont sledge, you will not move and you will die, if anything walk and prepare to barrier. 5. dont give up ever, nu enjoys seeing tager cry and wobble helplessly, make her feel like she's gonna lose.. 6. if you see arc parser then block? if you see her use 5C? i think its the one that shoots her mini sword things at you..then sledge it, its a projectile and nu over use it. 7. dont go blow for blow her C's are too good its a pretty good way to eat a combo. mike Z's fight with that V13 in may is a inspiration go watch it..in fact watch all those matches... i can try to make a guide but everyone fights nu differently you know. my issues with this fight. 1. you die screaming. 2. tager is too big he eats 5k+ damage easy if she has heat. 3. your way in is predictable. 4. gravity field makes punishing her swords impossible when your in it. 5. she doesnt die screaming. 6. arc parser spam is discouraging. 7. nu doesnt get hung on a tree then beaten if you win. ok edited.

  11. dead wrong, as a tager i will argue...people like ragnarebellion and donpara9on (cant spell his name right) are rush ragna's they mix up very well and always try to get a punish. this match up is so simple. blade tagers throw range is bigger than yours just keep it in mind, if you hell fang..ID real quick after..most tager will 360 punish you if you do it. from what i see tager's throw range is maybe twice ragna's? oh didnt we play before prototype?
  12. tch, if i magnetize carl, im 5Ding if i even think he's gonna jump..he's gonna smack into a counter hit and take 4000+ damage easy...the only thing im concerned with is if he decides to use nirvana as cover.
  13. you gotta catch tao in certain things to do any damage.. 6B is when she hops on you butt first...kinda. 6B=360A when she cross-up with the D button...if she doesnt hit you then you can 5b or get the fuck out of there. if she cross up going over your head...5C or collider.. i advice not going in the air against her...she owns people in the air.
  14. if you high jump you better J.C early and prepare to IB..the only way you can beat carl or most people is if you IB the shit...infact only move if you need to in this fight...make carl come to you.
  15. i learned to IB airs, and punish..they cant punish you if you IB them..i have to change something every time i fight someone... eventually i broke every person i fight into 2 types...depending on the character it can be more. for carl its rush carl..then you have trap carl...hate traps..and my favorite counter carl. rush carl starts the match IADing you...you can't jump or you eat a free air throw...you gotta just back off and try your best not to get stuck between him and the doll. trap carl is a fuck...he will use any string or throw that will keep you down long enough for him to call nirvana, so annoying these carls are a bit easier because they rely on the doll unlike rush carls...which dont need the doll to take half your health. now counter carl...he uses nirvana to beat any attack coming at carl and he is sure to back dash so you cant him him too...your best bet is to block nirvana or do some pokes to agitate carl. but like you guys said before...stay the fuck away from him.
  16. no lies there..i fought a top carl that blitzed my ass..i couldnt get a hit in on him...damn near perfect matched me. -_-
  17. i always can jump in on rachel, i scare the shit out of rachel's when i jump in..then again im like a flying truck with tager... oh and if i IB your 6A or any air then you eat a free counter elbow or a throw..and i IB alot. the trick is trying to avoid your canon shots..more or less blocking them and not getting rachel pressured....when she hits me she is sure to do a lot of damage..dont get me started on frog. tager's airs are better than most people think.

  19. sure let me help you out, when it comes to jin keep your distance, stay in 5b range never let him get closer than that, if your coming from the air then a mean trick is to iad then ID him right before you meet him, his DP's cant beat ID... if you are approaching him then either use run momentum to 5b or 5c him, they are damn good pokes and 5C kills his 5D. to bait his dp is easy..jins DP is like this. his A DP has no invincibility but its quick, you can catch him before it but if you sense it then block and punish. his B DP is slower so you can block on reaction, beware it has some invincibility so blocking or IDing is a must. now his C DP is all round invincible until after he does it, block it, if you ID you will clash or it wiff's. its stupid and gay. always block this, and never let him touch you..note it only works if your close. baiting him is simple run up to him while he teching or just come at him in the air...block and punish. i hope i helped you with this...because i suck.
  20. im not so sure if this is too useful but heres a useful rachel only. CH 236B>6C>J.2C>5C>5D (when you jump be sure to J.2C as soon as you jump, she's too big not to get hit.) its mean its nasty and it nets some good magnetism. its great because CH sledge B is easy to hit her with at the right distance. well try it and see if you like it.
  21. lol, hi jump B. or my favorite jump, IB the fork and J.2C them, counter hit and juicy combo...or just you know, jump forward and barrier...god tager can jump on rachel use it! another option is simply whiff punishing it, if rachel is spamming it, that means they are out of range, usually something simple like a 5C or a spark bolt will punish it for free, depending on distance. if they are spamming it like 3/4 the screen away, use that opportunity to walk forward and gain positioning.

  23. um neutral tech and your close equals well timed grab, or you wait and see what he does. prep a gauntlet hades for him or use a well timed dead spike, if you dead spike and it connects then go ahead and do a 5c combo...if it blocks then run in 5b and pressure him, when i played ragna thats how i pressured him.
  24. then get her only during your pressure strings...i got a better question. how the hell do you pressure tao!?
  25. i love CH 236B>6C>J.2C>2B>2C>AC. but it best works if they are magnetized...
