  3. well i assume tager play defensively and turtle but i deny myself that fate as i believe offense is the best defense so if there are any vids of me as tager, you notice that when i begin pressure i stay on you until you die. sadly its no video's of me as tager. that said if we ever do meet then you'll truly know what izzy meant by "weird things". i'd like to note that when i was fighting izzy, i had to experiment alot because i dont have any info on how to beat carl. thankfully due to those rape experiences and this guide i now know what i need to do, and how to react.

  5. are you kidding it annoyed the hell out of me, that move is much longer than it seems. if i sledge it i have to hit you too, if i dont then you get to 5c ch me and show me kid power, you made it real hard for me to go for my usual aggressive smash your face in with magnetism, again i never got my ass kicked so hard lol, now i know how to keep myself alive. simplest yet hardest thing, dont fuck up! if you end up bursting then its best to do mike z's advice and finish it quick, or you die from the clap.
  6. man that fight was like arakune except there were death loops...i couldnt go down without taking your life, you even made me start using tech wheel to kill you when you burst and made me rush 720 you. needless to say that was the biggest ass beating i ever got online in player matches. good thing is after playing you i beat xcammy..i took some notes and played my odds accordingly with the experience you gave me.. thanks for the fun, im gonna have to practice with you again. feels like the 2/8 odds are a little inaccurate playing you, then again some people tell me i have a strange/evil tager. you forgot one thing though. 41236D will rape you, you can only beat it with A sledge or high jump, and your not gonna beat carls airs unless your there before him...
  7. i just had bad luck, i had a magnet on me and tried to back dash a 360 a, backdashed right into it..nonetheless if you did it before than im wrong, i have shitty on back dash, which im trying to work on.

  11. carl is doable much more than you guys think. you have to keep your distance and outsmart carl. i'll throw a few tidbits from fighting xcammy on xbl and the pain i experienced. opener..a good carl can hyper jump your ass easy but remember he wont come at you first thing, he will back away too. now hyper jump is the bullshit when carl turns a J.2B dive into a IAD fall trick, now for this to be effective from long range he's gonna high jump..be warned this shit is too hard to beat on reaction get back, i dont care if you wanna back dash..dont let him hit you with it, you will be between him and that fucking doll eating loops for breakfast followed by a clap loop lunch and a throw loop into clap loop dinner. next up when your pressuring carl dont use sledge, his 6C i think its 6C its this long range poke with the robot. you eat it for CH and loop again. if anything block that shit or high jump away, be real defensive but get your pressure in quickly, i noticed when carls use 41236D they hop towards you or use 236B to get behind you, you can sledge early to hit carl if you see carl jump you can a sledge and at least trade with him, remember you wanna play it basic for this fight, let him bring the fight to you, keep in mind when carl bursts they tend to burst only for loop or when they need you closer to the doll. use strings with low wiff so you can anticipate and block the burst and punish him with 360/720. i may edit this post later to make it more neat but this is all i got so far, i dont fight alot of good carl's but its a start right?

  14. your saying..5D dash cancel to 6A...yeah that wont work if your not point blank, trust me bang gets hit by alot of shit. only works on point blank...and not on everyone, use gauntlet hades as a follow up. if your point blank then you can use. 5B>5C>5D>d.c>6A whatever..but gauntlet hades is a guarantee not to mess up.

  18. god this is actually perfect. this will this solve some tager issues..he can use a 6D..you know something thats quick but gives a magnet anyways. hell a air sledge is just mean, lets hope kokonoe gives him fucking boosters for it, hell he can also use a DD when he's in the air..something like a seizure shockwave. x_x @ osuna, if he's upper body invulnerable then it wouldnt be..look at infernal divider, that shit is almost a hack... dont get me started on litchi's anti air..nah i wont its less threatening then ID.

  21. couldnt they like 2C? if they sense a double jump which most ragna's dont do and most tagers wont see...well timed 2C muzzles ragna's air options..unless its ID..fucking hate that ID.
  22. i love this idea..mainly because tager needs a collider like that..he got 2 sledges and 2 360's why not 2 colliders.

  24. it wasn't alot of info on this match so i decided to make a post dedicated to talking about this. noel? vermillion? how do I start? like every decent player at the beginning of the match she's back dashing away and for good reason too..your 5A and 2A stuff's her shit and nicely...she is either gonna IAD in or Rush you with A spam, start you A spam before she does and mix it up to keep her on her toes. help! get this bitch off me! this is tough noel has weird mix up's but rest assured all noels use a consistent mix up pattern heres an example of one of them. 5A>5B>6C>2C>3C now that may not chain well but in a block string you have to decide when to IB or back dash punish those gaps...whatever you do no matter the cost get her off you and try your best not to barrier too quickly. how to get her scared. sudden rush of tager pressure puts noel in a bad spot, your 360A eats all her drives before they connect, your biggest worry are her 6A because its fast and if she connects it right you eat a good 3800 damage combo. just never stop your pressure, i beat many noels because i start pressure when they think i will turtle. she has guns blazzing! so she's got the advantage, she got you in the corner and gatting you up with gunz. have no fear tech opposite of her rush, try to get a 2A in but nudge her off you dont let her restart her flow, hell becareful how you neutral tech too...she is waiting to double throw you...and noel strings=hurt. if i find any more useful tips i'll post. if you got a difference of opinion and its useful then say so. i'll edit my post or just take it with dignity, im far from perfect but i almost got my main approach down. thank you for the time.
  25. 1. tager can 5A the 5B...you can use 5A for a start of the string but keep in mind tagers 5A has sick reach. 2. that string is actually good but he can backdash at some point in that string, i try to back dash the J.B in that string... if you get collidered than that means your probably not IADing your jump ins... the string your using for tager is the standard issue one, wouldnt hurt to use blizzard or gale to mix it up... remember your goal is to crack the turtles shell so to speak, so keep pressuring the bastard and dont slip, a good tager wants you to make a mistake so he can punish.
