Crossposting from the NCI thread: HOWEVER, In other news, as much as Myung has done for us at Game Center, there has been some vandalism particularly of the black wooden back room chairs. One of the black wooden chairs in the back was found with a leg broken cleanly, then hidden, with and no one to claim responsibility for the state it's in. Leaving without saying a word to Myung after breaking his equipment is extremely irresponsible and will not be tolerated at NCI for future events. If people have any information or if the culprit would like to come forward about the incident, I welcome them to contact Myung, apologize, and work something out. Don't ruin things for the rest of the NCI regulars and be responsible for your own actions.

It was a great way to start the first NCIs of 2012 with brackets finishing early and a lot of relaxing downtime during tournaments. I'm hoping GG and MB will have more of a presence next tournament as they were cancelled this time due to a lack of participants. Gundam will be in the works as a Side tournament depending on current schedule changes. In case anyone was wondering, I did talk to Myung about having it. If anything we'll probably turn it into an experiment and have it as a side tournament 2v2 with either single or double elimination (Haven't decided). The new year = tons of games, so little time (Skullgirls too!)

Logistically, since the game is going to be imported by a good amount of people, it makes sense to play Extend immediately. At the same time, Melty Blood will be also getting their new build of the game for January, so those two games will be in the spotlight this time around for January. The only hesitation I have for running BBCS2 versus BBCSEX is the number of setups required. If I can confirm 4 copies of the game for next January when I get reg up again, it will be run. ~Chun

Final Checklist for Tomorrow: As a PLAYER: -Pre-register online at norcalinstall.wordpress.com. -Anticipate the morning traffic, leave reasonably to arrive before 12 PM. -Have your name and money ready in cash for all tournaments you are entering. -Label all equipment. There have been misplaced items recently and naming or tagging equipment is the best option. -If you cannot make it exactly at 12 PM, you must be paid for by a friend in advance or risk disqualification from the event. As a TO: -Show up before 12 PM with a Laptop that has TIO Tournament Organizer. -Will shut down sign-ups exactly at 12 PM (To the end of the line). Have laptops ready to receive user data. -Tournaments start promptly afterward. Get something to eat beforehand, do not leave without notifying myself or Myung at GameCenter. As a PLAYER WITH A SETUP: -Depending on your equipment provided, you may be discounted from the venue fee by a margin. I will make arrangements. -Follow the PLAYER instructions above. Explains why the view count for the NCI official page got like 5-7 times as much site traffic than usual today.

1) 2 Steams is Impossible at this point in time. 2) KOF will take one of the AH3 setups. When reg finally gets up either tonight or tomorrow morning, we will have at least 2 KOF setups. KOF will be the main event for this upcoming NCI in wake of its new popularity. 3) Every TO must show up at 12 PM to get coordinated with the scheduling plan and a mandatory meeting of what changes will happen this week. 4) TOs please bring Laptops with TIO software so data can easily be transferred. Also PM me seeding information in advance. 5) Finalized scheduling will be availiable on the front website. 6) Shining Aquas, your stuff will be given as part of the charity aspect of this event as rewards. ~Chun
