No one should be worried as everything from equipment planning to stream scheduling to opening/closing hours has been confirmed and under control. That's also the reason why I worked to get the website up so soon, so I wouldn't have questions about the venue, the time things started, or registration issues. Extensive planning has gone into this already that you cannot see for the past two weeks and more, as I've been working closely with both Myung from GameCenter, FinestKO about the streaming, and gathering the equipment. The side tournaments are limited to one for that same reason, because it's a calculated event. I've put work into this so that it'll be the most straightforward and hassle free experience. Just register, show up on time, and have fun. That's all I can ask for. ~Chun

I'm currently getting equipment estimates because we have limited space for this venue, register it and I'll get back to you if we do need it.

I had to make the decision to cut the side tournaments to a single game because of the possibility too many side tournaments would move too many main tournament participants around and delay the brackets across games. For now I'm just collecting information on people bringing certain equipment and I'll let you know ahead of time if there's room to casually play. If all else fails Custom Robo can be the next NCI's side tournament.

The following is also requested of all tournament participants: *Hold all money matches/rivalries until you are out of all brackets, including side tournaments *If you remain in the bracket and your match is coming up, please stay in the vicinity. If you need food, have people pick it up for you (Food List TBA) *When your name is called, if you're on an arcade cabinet doing casuals please leave immediately to do your match These are the main problems and snags that happen during the brackets in general. The smoother the initial part of it is, the faster we can get to dinner break and then finals.

FYI: In the revised rule set for the upcoming website, I will start doing DQs after a 10 minute period. Also, I really expect things to start at 12 PM this time, and will be enforcing this. Please leave early and be ready on site. ~Chun

Super NCI is the beginning of Season 2 ranbats. Location is GameCenter, as I've said on the front lol. ~Chun

The cabinets are PS3, so you can plug in your controller via USB.

The day before (Friday) I'll be helping Myung move cabinets around and set up space, so I think it won't be an issue.

Some setups (READ AS: 2 At Most) will be outside. The cabinets will be set to play our games. There's also arrangements to solve any problems from authorities, we're all good. I'll be posting the rules and conditions tonight. ~Chun

So guys, I've done a little research and it seems Etrium has gone out of business/Bankrupt. That's relatively surprising given what they've done this year and their website, but apparently something went down and now it's no longer there. Tentative venues now are GameCenter, Southtown (Size Estimate needed), and if all else fails, SJSU. Murphy's not letting up, but I won't let this fail. ~Chun
