IAD is 956, yes. What you're describing is sj.AD (note: not sj.IAD). The way it works is that the 9 inputs the jump and the first forward motion. Then you go back to neutral, then input 6 for the second forward input. You get an IAD. And lol, hardly the strictest combo Haku has. IAD after Enma asap and you'll get it. Just takes practice. I've no idea what's his strictest in CSEX, but generally stuff like: - [Anything that goes into] 5c -> 5c/2c links - [stuff] -> IAD low j.B -> Hotaru -> AD j.2c -> etc. - [starter] -> Renka(1) -> Kishuu -> 2c -> sj.Hotaru -> AD j.2c -> etc. Maybe? I dunno, I don't get the impression Haku has much of strict in CSEX since the IAD j.a -> j.b stuff has been hugely relaxed. That's the strictest stuff he's ever had.

Closer to 10-15 for us short mortals, I fear. But yes, it's only a couple blocks away. Take the north exit out of Central Station onto Ste-Cat., then head West while sticking to the left hand side. You'll come to Drummond street, turn left, and you can't miss Foonzo. The Central Station encompasses all passenger trains, which include the AMT (Montreal-wide transit), and VIA (inter-Canada). Metro Bonaventure is also situated right below the Station if you want to use that to get around MTL.

Meh, Mugen isn't what it used to be. Now you can't insta-kill someone, and it depletes much faster. You can combo into it, but you're getting what? 8k at best? Still cool to use, though.

Oh lawd, is Foonzo even big enough to take in this many?! Well, Nemesis had 150+, so it should be ok... Lol. Sounds about right. 25's the minimum, I think, and didn't NEC have 45 entrants? So it's going to be in that range. No way to really tell for sure right now. We might be surprised and see a bunch of NAHs show up and blow up the venue, but I think we can settle on 30-50 for now.
